★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo devo dire che a me per pochissimi minuti di ritardo mi hanno fatto perdere un pomeriggio di vacanza. Avevo prenotato due servizi per mia moglie e solo alla fine del primo le hanno detto che per quel ritardo (7 8 min....quando siamo arrivati la signora era ancora con la cliente precedente) non era possibile fare il secondo.
Unfortunately I must say that for a few minutes late they made me lose an afternoon of vacation. I had booked two services for my wife and only at the end of the first did they tell her that for that delay (7 8 min .... when we arrived the lady was still with the previous client) it was not possible to do the second.
