Una volta incontrato il consulente ho sentito che potevo fidarmi di lui prima che dell’azienda stessa, mi ha consigliato la strategia giusta per me in base alla mia attività e al mio budget, mi ha dato e mi da tutt’ora consigli continui su come muovermi sui social e su come tenere il sito sempre al top. Pessimo risultato per assistenza e per la poca attenzione nell'affiancare chi non ha mai avuto modo di cimentarsi in questa materia. Ho tentato più volte di contattare telefonicamente il signor Fabio Delucìa, il quale, nel momento della stipula, molto disponibile e cordiale, ma senza avere nessuna risposta. Dopo aver pagato tutte le riba, a conclusione dell'anno, hanno avuto il coraggio di presentarsi per il rinnovo. E pur chiedendo una proroga, di qualche mese per poter realmente ripartire con il sito e l'ecommerce, praticamente mai utilizzato, mi hanno negato tale possibilità. Ho chiesto di poter parlare con Fabio, a tal proposito, è a distanza di due anni, sono ancora in attesa di essere chiamato. Inoltre consiglio a chi avesse l'idea di mettere su un sito-ecomerce, se non avete la capacità di poterlo gestire, non buttate soldi, iniziate con un sito già fatto che si trovano in rete. Loro saranno pure bravi a realizzare lo "strumento" ma se non lo sapete usare, non avventuratevi I am sorry to do this review, but it is a duty. Il servizio da me acquistato prevedeva Creazione di Logo, Payoff, Sito Blog, Copywriting, Book Fotografico e altri servizi annessi. Al di fuori della professionalità e bravura della Copywriter, i restanti servizi sono stati svolti con la massima superficialità. Book fotografico privo di "fantasia scenografica", Mancanza di idee originali nella creazione del logo (i loghi proposti erano parecchio simili a quelli di brand famosi e ufficiali), sito pre stampato, totale mancanza di Interazione tra il personale aziendale e il cliente e numerose altre lacune tecniche. Nel social marketing come in altri settori la fidelizzazione dei clienti è di vitale importanza. I clienti, quindi, non dovrebbero essere presi in considerazione solo nell'atto di firmare un contratto ma durante tutto il percorso di collaborazione.
