Ho provato a chiamare per giorni ma, dopo un'introduzione registrata (l'operatore è impegnato in un'altra chiamata, prego attendere in linea), squilla finché non cade la linea. Il servizio TPER è pessimo. Ho provato a inviare anche una email ma nessuna risposta. Ho acquistato un abbonamento con tanto di ricevuta, sul tablet del capo treno risulta, la tessera è attiva ma risulta un fantomatico "contratto scaduto". Nessuno mi sa dire di cosa si tratta. Mistero. They never answer! I have been trying to call for days but, after a recorded introduction (operator is on another call, please wait on the line), it rings until the line drops. The TPER service is bad. I also tried to send an email but no reply. I bought a season ticket with a receipt, it appears on the train leader's tablet that the card is active but it is an elusive "expired contract". Nobody can tell me what it is. Mystery.
G	Gianni Cruccas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E una VERGOGNA assurda mio figlio tutte le mattine prende l'autobus da Sant'Agostino e quest'anno e già la 4 volta che i ragazzi li scarica nel polo industriale e non in autostazione delle corriere.....noi siamo stufi di questo disservizio.....visto che spendiamo di abbonamento 700 euro all'anno ????????,per non parlare della portineria che non rispondono mai.... And an absurd SHAME every morning my son takes the bus from Sant'Agostino and this year is already the 4th time that the boys unload them in the industrial center and not in the bus station ..... we are tired of this disservice ..... since we spend 700 euros per year for a subscription ????????, not to mention the concierge who never answer ....
K	Kevin Pozzati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarò breve, la corriera arriva abitualmente in ritardo di 3/8 minuti, alcuni sedili sono sporchi, c’è gente che non indossa la mascherina (se la indossa ce l’ha sotto il naso, quindi non cambia niente) e bisognerebbe in qualche modo segnalarli. Il servizio è più o meno ok. I will be brief, the bus usually arrives 3/8 minutes late, some seats are dirty, there are people who do not wear a mask (if they wear it they have it under their noses, so nothing changes) and some way to report them. The service is more or less ok.

Sono una mamma con una bimba di 10 mesi ,ho aspettato la linea 3 per più di 20 minuti in piazza travaglio al che ho pensato non arrivasse più e sono andata avanti a piedi con passeggino e bimba in marsupio da ore!ad un certo punto vedo arrivare l'autobus da dietro e pur di prenderlo alla prossima fermata ho attraversato con il rosso a rischio di fare un incidente e l'autista nonostante fosse ferma al semaforo attaccato alla fermata proprio, non mi ha aperto la porta!! VER-GO-GNAAA MALEDUCATA CHE NON SEI ALTRO SE TI VEDESSI PER STRADA TI RIEMPIREI DI INSULTI??? Peccato anche che non leggete né rispondete mai perché magari vi dareste una regolata,magari...
