e venne posizionato presso la stazione di Marelli, ai confini fra Milano e Sesto San Giovanni. In origine comprendeva una rimessa vetture, un'officina e un anello di prova di 1 km di lunghezza.
Nato come deposito per i treni della metropolitana, dall’inizio del 2000, viene utilizzato anche come deposito tranviario.
Attualmente, oltre ai veicoli accantonati, ha a disposizione 55 vetture per il servizio e vengono utilizzate solo su 3 linee: la 4, la 7 e la 31. Molto grande e funzionale e, chi è appassionato di vetture tranviarie o metropolitane ed ha la possibilità di visitarlo, non rimarrà sicuramente deluso.
The Precotto warehouse was built between 1960 and 1970
and was positioned at the Marelli station, on the border between Milan and Sesto San Giovanni. Originally it included a car shed, a workshop and a 1 km long test ring.
Born as a depot for underground trains, since the beginning of 2000, it is also used as a tram depot.
Currently, in addition to the vehicles set aside, it has 55 cars available for service and they are used only on 3 lines: the 4, the 7 and the 31. Very large and functional and, who is passionate about tram or metro cars and has the possibility to visit it, you will certainly not be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È uno dei depositi tram e non solo, vi fa' capolinea la linea 1 della metropolitana e il treno senza conducente (Leonardo). Nonché è provvista di officine meccaniche all'avanguardia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire??? È un posto di lavoro. Oggi molta burocrazia all'ingresso spesa male. Giusto i controlli, ma devono essere veri, non per riempire i moduli. Forse è successo qualcosa precedentemente e non ne sono a conoscenza. Comunque tutti simpatici.
What to say??? It is a workplace. Today a lot of bureaucracy at the entrance is badly spent. Right the checks, but they have to be true, not to fill out forms. Maybe something has happened previously and I'm not aware of it. Anyway all nice.
