I went for the first time and I felt at ease. On Tuesday 3 May 2022 they removed three dental roots that I had very badly during the extraction I did not feel anything, I state that I was very afraid .the staff and very kind congratulations to all the staff !!

October 2021, driven by the excellent reviews I am convinced to solve my dental problems in this center, excellent welcome and after a short visit the then director and the area manager tell me what to do, I accept the quote I trust what they tell me why I am not a dentist, and we open a loan They tell me that in 2 \ 3 months I will be in place with the job done May 2022, after 8 months the work is 'finished', eternal times, 4 directors changed, at the penultimate I said that I had paid to do certain jobs and that instead I have been done others that did not have the same price but cost much less ... he told me 'okay we'll see' in the meantime another director arrived that I never even met. The 'finished' job consists of 2 skeletons, the one under the doctor apologizes but no more can be done ... maybe with a little glue it will stay still but it is not necessarily ... the upper one with all the teeth of size different from each other, aesthetically indecent ... spending a lot of money and 8 months of time to be told that it will not last long and you will need to do other interventions is a huge disappointment ... The positive notes are the professionalism of the doctor and the technician, the kindness and helpfulness of the secretaries, the second director who at least tried to patch up the disasters of the area manager who has always been not very transparent towards me and despite the obvious problems created I have never received an excuse or an attempt to fix it. Just the fact of having paid an invoice in advance and the works were not respected but they pretended nothing had happened because I had paid so much by now is enough for me to give more than one star. I will only have to return because it is unacceptable to not have been able to deliver a framework at least with straight teeth.

Competent and kind medical staff but the surrounding organization is very bad. The reception staff does not enforce the anti-Covid rules of distancing and use of the mask in the waiting room, telephone contacts are very difficult also because the opening hours are not respected and the line is overloaded, often there are no instruments more suitable for the performance of the dentist's work, a condition that involves longer execution times and greater discomfort for the patient, laboratory times are very long and delivery problems are not so unusual. The prices are good, but the quality of the overall service in my opinion is approximate and insufficient. I do not think that at the end of the treatment that I have almost finished I will return, not for lack of professionalism of the doctors but for deficiencies of the fundamental organizational system so that they can work well and provide optimal performance
