Professionista eccellente, rassicurante. Studia e cura il paziente nell'insieme, conosce perfettamente il suo lavoro e proprio per questo non dà mai nulla x scontato. Tecniche e strumentazioni all'avanguardia e in più.."Mai alcun dolore". Ottimo staff!!! And to those who think that going to the dentist is an inevitably unpleasant stage .. La segretaria ovviamente non sa darti una spiegazione "medica" su quanto c'è scritto e le motivazioni di fare un tipo di lavoro piuttosto che un'altro, sulle voci di cura e costi. il suo compito è consegnarti un foglio dove sono riassunti le voci di cura e costo, i materiali utilizzati, te lo fa leggere e devi essere bravissimo a ricordare a mente tutte le voci in quanto il preventivo non ti può essere rilasciato (!?) a te che sei il paziente e che sei stato visitato! Tutto a voce!! Fermo restando che non comprendo questa assurda scelta visto che riguarda la mia persona ma un professionista ha l'obbligo di redigere il preventivo che deve essere in duplice copia, datato, indicare voci e costo, indicare tempo di validità, condizioni di pagamento e consegnarlo al cliente. Tutto ciò a scanso di ulteriori equivoci è stato ribadito anche dall'ultima legge "124/17", anche se ritengo che non ce ne fosse bisogno perché reputo normale questa modalità "trasparente" di un rapporto professionale medico-paziente. Mia moglie aveva un grande problema da risolvere e il dott. Guida è stato eccellente nell’intervento che ha eseguito, mia figlia invece è affidata alle cure della dott.ssa Marchetti che oltre ad essere una grandissima professionista ha anche un eccellente dono, quello di gestire i bambini.
