L	Luigi Torre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza altamente negativa attenzione alle furbate che VORREBBERO FARE.Comprato su Groupon un buono da 39 euro per l'igiene e lo sbiancamento cerco per ben tre volte nell'arco dei sei mesi di tempo ,un appuntamento per un sabato pomeriggio (dichiarano di lavorare anche il sabato tutto il giorno)ma non ottengo mai una risposta .Allora chiamo e chiedo quando sono disponibili ma la data che mi indicano va oltre la scadenza del coupon, lo faccio presente e mi dicono che non ci sono problemi.Mi presento stamattina (prendo mezza giornata libera dal lavoro)e neanche il tempo di entrare e subito mi fanno presente che quel Coupon è scaduto e non si può fare con quello.Con mio grande stupore faccio presente che durante la telefonata di un mese prima mi era stato detto che non ci sarebbero stati problemi, ma niente da fare. Probabilmente fanno forza sul fatto che a quel punto uno paga per intero l'intervento per non buttare via la mattinata ma con me non gli è andata bene perché io ho 39 euro in meno in tasca e non ho goduto di nessun servizio ma voi avete perso sicuramente un potenziale cliente e avrete sicuramente una non buona pubblicità.I professionisti seri non vanno ad adescare la gente su Groupon per poi prendersi gioco della loro buona fede.State attenti a questa gente! I bought a 39 euro voucher for hygiene and whitening on Groupon I look for three times over the six months time, an appointment for a Saturday afternoon (they declare that they also work Saturdays all day) but I never get an answer. So I call and ask when they are available but the date they indicate goes beyond the coupon expiry, I do this and they tell me that there are no problems. I introduce myself this morning (I take half a day off from work) and not even the time to enter and immediately they tell me that that Coupon has expired and it cannot be done with it. To my amazement, I would like to point out that during the phone call a month earlier I was told that there would be problems, but nothing to do. Probably they force on the fact that at that point one pays in full for the intervention so as not to throw away the morning but with me it did not go well because I have 39 euros less in my pocket and I have not enjoyed any service but you have lost definitely a potential customer and you're sure to get bad publicity. Serious professionals don't go and lure people on Groupon and then make fun of their good faith. Beware of these people!
