Hello, a few days ago I had the other very complex oral surgery operation and I think it was perfectly successful. Of course, I could write and thank with many words the work of Dr. Paoleschi who worked, as always sure and determined, together with his team in this splendidly carried out intervention. In times like today, for those who work in the healthcare-specialist field they are often pointed out with titles and epithets that are certainly not idyllic, it is well known that things do not always go the way they have to go in the sense and in whom we rely as " Professionalism - "Knowledge of what, how and when to do" - Availability and Perseverance in seeking the best solution for the patient "... here, in all this climate of mistrust towards everything and everyone when you are lucky enough to meet professionals of the caliber of Dr. Paoleschi everything changes for the better. Let me be clear, mine does not want to be a sneaky one, but if within a few months I have solved 2 problems in a decisive way, I believe that I owe it first of all to a splendid and enviable surgical technique ... but also to sensitivity and professionalism 'of all who surrounded me, muffling as much as possible an experience that was certainly not pleasant. I was patient in Montelupo but ever since the Iris Company set up a practice in Empoli, without prejudice to the confirmation of always having the same hygienist whom I trust blindly, living in Empoli I have found it convenient to enter the patient lists of the new practice. Betty: her assistant, capable, firm and confident in moving between the dental unit and the accessories of the trade, which are not few, follows the instructions of Dr. Cesare like a shadow. Arianna: Hygienist ... fantastic, professional, once she takes care of you she knows you better than you think, attentive to her patient, in every phase of the hygienic course ... with a lot of patience ... like everyone else at the Empoli studio The added value? .... their feminine touch that they impress in everything they do. On 4/09/2018 I made an appointment at the Iris dental office to rearrange a missed filling. I strongly advise against this study for their modus operandi, as in my opinion, unprofessional. The doctor and her assistant, at any cost, wanted me to do an overview. Claiming that without it the "alleged" doctor would not have been able to fill my tooth as she could not tell if it was too close to the nerve. (From here my first concerns). I emphasize that they discussed this question for about forty minutes during which I was impatiently lying on the bed. I even had to put up with their looks and adolescent half smiles. Moral of the story, they entered the room with two estimates in hand, one for the filling, the other for a possible devitalization for the modest sum of 1000 and broken euros !!! Of course I got up, said goodbye and left. Promising, not only not to set foot on it but also to advise against it to anyone who asks me for an opinion. As soon as I left, I called my trusted dentist.

A studio equipped with all the best technologies, kindness, availability but above all COMPETENCE. Dr. Cesare Paoleschi managed to place implants where there is very little bone. I had gone to other offices and all the doctors, seeing the CT scan and overview, told me that there was no possibility of placing implants, the solution for me was a beautiful full-bodied denture. Instead now, I was operated on yesterday, I have 6 implants above and two below, exactly the ones I need to have fixed and stable teeth. I am very happy Perfect team.

Constance and Dyli Ergys, super doctors are very kind, serious, funny, and extremely precise dosponibili of explanations and clarifications. I met today Dr. Cesare Paoleschi who applied to me two plants with the utmost care and professionalism, without feeling any pain. Thank you, doctor, to you and your wonderful staff, assistants, all delightful, gentle already very professionally prepared, even though they are very young.
