e	enrico craighero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se non si conosce un dentista di fiducia solitamente ci si affida ad amici o parenti, nel mio caso non avendo un punto di riferimento ho fatto una ricerca sul sito Ilmiodottore. it.... e li dopo alcune valutazioni ho preso un appuntamento presso lo studio del Dott. D'Uggento. Il primo impatto è stato di positivo per professionalità gentilezza e la capacità di far sentire a proprio agio da parte di tutto lo staff nonché nel consigliarmi dato che il mio problema necessitava di un intervento con impianto e recupero parziale di una radice, premetto che purtroppo con i denti non ho avuto molta fortuna e di studi dentistici ne ho passati, ed è proprio con l'intervento che ho trovato una grandissima professionalità e passione per il proprio lavoro da parte di Gian Luca, anche il post-operatorio è stato ottimo. Purtroppo senza colpa alcuna l'emergenza Covid19 ha rallentato il termine lavori, ma poca roba. Costo per il lavoro fatto giusto. La mia esperienza e stata più che positiva e non posso che consigliarlo. Già uno studio dentistico deve essere sterile ma adesso ancora di più. Eseguono massima sanificazione prima e dopo ogni paziente, prevenzione già al telefono spiegando al paziente come si deve presentare (munito di mascherina etc), appena entrati gel, cuffia. Bravi. Il Dottore è molto professionale, pazientissimo, simpatico. Le assistenti sono molto gentili e accoglienti. Sono molto contenta di aver trovato un dentista di fiducia. I could also give 10 stars. Il dottor Gian Luca poi, impersonifica il classico vicino della porta accanto, dotato peraltro di una raffinatissima e peculiare Professionalità. Termino con l'aspetto economico che rimane di fatto quello più importante. I prezzi rispetto a quanto offre la concorrenza sul mercato, sono incredibilmente accessibili e contenuti. La simbiosi qualità/prezzo è pertanto una vera e unica eccellenza. Non esitate pertanto a richiedere un rendez-vous anche solo per un semplice consulto e per verificare de visu l'autenticità delle mie parole. D'Uggento mi ha visitato mi ha spiegato tutto quanto e nel giro di 3/4 sedute abbiamo risolto il problema .L'igenista è una bellissima persona ti mette a tuo agio e anche lui ti spiega passo passo cosa andrà a fare. Lo consiglio vivamente . Leggendo le ottime recensioni mi sono recata in questo studio, dove ho svolto diverse cure, carie e anche una corona ad un molare. Il dottore è davvero bravo e preciso nel suo lavoro e se hai delle domande o dei timori ti spiega con professionalità e ti rasserena. Anche le assistenti alla poltrona e Isabella alla reception sono bravissime, qui tutti ti accolgono sempre col sorriso e il buon umore, sono gentilissimi e disponibili, anche a venirti incontro con gli orari. Agli appuntamenti sono molto puntuali a proposito, e attenti alle norme anticovid. Lo studio ha delle fasce orarie diverse in base al giorno della settimana per riuscire ad essere accessibile a tutti. L'ambiente, dalla sala d'attesa alla "sala operatoria" è di una pulizia impeccabile, cosa che reputo essenziale e che mi dà immediatamente un senso di fiducia (e che purtroppo non è così ovvia). Praticamente, è l'esempio esatto di quello che si studia a Economia Aziendale riguardo al cliente come più importante stakeholder, perché si vede proprio che niente è lasciato al caso e che ogni dettaglio è pensato per il cliente. Even the assistants at the chair and Isabella at the reception are very good, here everyone always welcomes you with a smile and a good mood, they are very kind and available, even to meet you with the timetables. At the appointments they are very punctual by the way, and attentive to the anticovid rules. The studio has different time slots based on the day of the week in order to be accessible to everyone. The environment, from the waiting room to the "operating room" is impeccably clean, which I consider essential and which immediately gives me a sense of confidence (and which unfortunately is not so obvious). Practically, it is the exact example of what is studied in Business Administration regarding the customer as the most important stakeholder, because we see that nothing is left to chance and that every detail is designed for the customer. I am delighted to have found a studio of good and reliable people where I can be treated without worries. I really recommend it!
