Allo studio sono giunto nello status “dentistifobo”, ma sin dall’apertura della porta venivo accolto da personale empatico, sorridente e soprattutto qualificato. Oltre questo dico che l’occhio fa la sua parte, e lo studio è strutturato e presenta comfort impeccabili… strumenti di alta tecnologia. Di lì a poco iniziavo la visita, prima venni tranquillizzato e le mie gambe non erano più tese, poi la diagnosi e senza pensare esclamavo: “dottore! Lei sarà il mio medico dentista”! Ho iniziato cure e praticato implantologia, il tutto ottenendo ottimi risultati, grazie all’essere professionista ed alla professionalità del dott. MARRAZZO, fino a trasportare l’intera e numerosa mia famiglia che ad oggi, come me, confermano ogni parola scritta. Dottore, davvero grazie!!! Dottore, oltre che a dentista ringrazio per essermi stato di supporto psicologico fino a farmi accomodare alla poltrona senza più tensione, grazie! Grazie! Un elogio lo volgo anche allo staff del Professionista… la dott.ssa Rivieccio e l’assistente Antonio che risultano essere professionali, gentili, garbati e soprattutto lasciano davvero comprendere che svolgono la loro professione posata sull’empatia verso il paziente.
