Anche la personal assistent “Giuliana” mi ha sempre fatto sentire speciale e non un numero qualsiasi. Ho già avuto 2 interventi e me ne mancano altri 3 e mi sa che finalmente ho superato la paura del dentista. Andate avanti così caro team, siete veramente bravissimi. Very welcoming dentist clinic, very kind staff who understand the needs of the patients in my regard. Even the personal assistant "Giuliana" has always made me feel special and not just any number. I have already had 2 surgeries and I am missing 3 more and I know that I have finally overcome the fear of the dentist. Go on so dear team, you are really very good.

Prima di contattarli ero titubante per il pregiudizio "grande centro = sei solo un numero", ma alla prima visita mi sono reso conto di avere fatto proprio bene. Ho trovato medici molto molto preparati, disponibili a rispondere a qualsiasi mio dubbio o perplessità. Tutti i lavori/interventi cui mi sono sottoposto sono stati eseguiti in maniera regolare e senza dare alcun tipo di problema o complicazione, risolvendo definitivamente problemi probabilmente sottovalutati da altri. Per quanto mi riguarda, mai un intervento saltato o ritardato (avvisano sempre il giorno prima per ricordare l'appuntamento) o sovrapposto ad altri. Sono sempre stato assecondato nelle esigenze di orario. Altro punto di forza sono la cortesia e l'affabilità di tutti quanti: centraliniste, medici, assistenti alla poltrona, ti trattano con vero garbo e non con la finta cortesia vista altrove. E poi...poi c'è Giuliana IL punto di riferimento penso per chiunque! ti fa davvero sentire speciale. Da subito mi ha convinto della bontà della mia scelta, abbiamo trovato le soluzioni più adatte a me e solo grazie a lei ho abbandonato la diffidenza iniziale affidandomi al centro. Insomma professionalità, onestà nei prezzi e cortesia....top! Highly recommended. Before contacting them I was hesitant about the "big center = you are just a number" prejudice, but on the first visit I realized I had done really well. I have found doctors who are very highly trained, willing to answer any of my doubts or concerns. All the works / interventions to which I underwent were carried out on a regular basis and without giving any kind of problem or complication, definitively solving problems probably underestimated by others. As far as I'm concerned, never a missed or delayed intervention (they always notify the day before to remember the appointment) or superimposed on others. I have always been indulged in time requirements. Another strong point is the courtesy and affability of everyone: receptionists, doctors, chair assistants, they treat you with true politeness and not with the fake courtesy seen elsewhere. And then ... then there is Giuliana THE reference point I think for anyone! it really makes you feel special. She immediately convinced me of the goodness of my choice, we found the most suitable solutions for me and only thanks to her I abandoned the initial mistrust, relying on the center. In short, professionalism, honesty in prices and courtesy .... top!

Madia in particolare) per aver risolto in pochi mesi il ns problema: lavori "bloccati" in un'altra clinica da quasi un anno ..... unica scusa: Covid-19. Tutto eseguito nel massimo rispetto della salute ns e loro. Appuntamenti precisi, ricordati sempre telefonicamente il giorno precedente. Nessun appuntamento saltato. Prezzi onesti, certamente in linea con altri del settore. Ottimo lo staff x professionalità, gentilezza, attenzioni. Medici, assistenti alla poltrona, receptionist ed ultima, ma non certo per la disponibilità, la direttrice Patrizia. Grazie di cuore a tutti, siete anche molto simpatici ... My wife and I want to thank the Vitaldent clinic in Como (and Dr. Madia in particular) for having solved our problem in a few months problem: work "stuck" in another clinic for almost a year ..... only excuse: Covid-19. All performed with the utmost respect for our health and theirs. Precise appointments, always remember by telephone the previous day. No missed appointments. Honest prices, certainly in line with others in the sector. Excellent staff x professionalism, kindness, attention. Grazie ai tempi dettati dai dottori e alla naturale guarigione delle gengive mi hanno impiantato 3 denti nell arcata inferiore... Ringrazio tutti ,ma sopratutto grandi professionisti perché nonostante la pandemia non ho saltato un appuntamento. Grazie Congratulations to the doctors and staff. First of all kind and polite people. Thanks to the timing dictated by the doctors and the natural healing of the gums I have implanted 3 teeth in the lower arch ... PERSONALE MOLTO GENTILE MA HO TROVATO UN DOTTORE CHE MI HA FATTO VENIRE UN ESAURIMENTO. PER TUTTO IL TEMPO DELLO SMONTAGGIO NON HA FATTO ALTRO CHE SBRUFFARE E A LAVORARE SENZA NESSUNA PROFESSIONALITA. A MOMENTI MI ROMPEVA LA MASCELLA. NON VI DICO POI DI IERI AL MONTAGGIO,SEMPRE CON LAMENTI E PROFESSIONALITA.
