A	Ares on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiesto di poter fare un'igene dentale, mi è stato risposto che prima mi devo sottoporre ad una visita della durata di 45-60 minuti totale. Quindi quasi 2 ore per poter fare un'igene, visto che sono nuovo cliente. Capisco che debbano provare a "vendere" altro...ma non puoi tenermi tutto quel tempo. Inoltre se sono interessato solo all'igene, ci sarà un perchè! Risultato: perso un potenziale cliente per sempre. E l'igene la faccio da un'altra parte. Asked to be able to make a dental hygiene, I was told that first I have to undergo a visit of 45-60 minutes total. So almost 2 hours to do an hygiene, since I'm a new customer. I understand that they have to try to "sell" something else ... but you can't keep me all that time. Furthermore, if I am only interested in hygiene, there will be a reason! Result: lost a potential customer forever. And the hygiene I do it elsewhere.

Non ho dato e non do MAI a NESSUNO il permesso di trattare i miedi dati personali per fini di marketing (conoscendo per professione l'uso inappropriato che ne fanno). Posso capire che la Dental Pro centri poco e che si sia rivolta a terzi per la campagna ma si dovrebbe conoscere la fonte (o l'agenzia) da dove sono stati estrapolati gli indirizzi e il sito dove potersi opporre e cancellanrsi dal registro (obbligatorio) della privacy o poter tutelarsi presso le sedi più opportune per il non ripetersi di questi fastidiosi annunci. As already reported and replied on other social networks. I have never given and NEVER GIVEN anyone permission to process my personal data for marketing purposes (knowing by profession the inappropriate use they make of it). I can understand that Dental Pro has few centers and that it turned to third parties for the campaign but one should know the source (or the agency) from where the addresses were taken and the site where to oppose and unsubscribe from the register (mandatory) of privacy or being able to protect yourself at the most appropriate locations for not repeating these annoying ads.

Venuto per riattaccare una protesi mi dicono che non era possibile ed invece invitato a sostituire questa ed altre che non mi davano alcun disturbo. Andato da un altro dentista che ha ricementato in un attimo la protesi senza trovare alcunché da sostituire. Mai più da loro! Bad. When I came to reattach a prosthesis, they tell me that it was not possible and instead invited to replace this and others that did not give me any trouble. Went to another dentist who recieved the prosthesis in an instant without finding anything to replace. Never again from them!

Professionalità e cura del cliente. Equipe medica eccellente, non solo dal punto di vista professionale, ma anche umano( riescono a farti stare sereno e rilassato durante le sedute) e staff d'accoglienza disponibile e cordiale con i pazienti, fanno si, che la Dental Pro, sia la miglior clinica dentistica in Friuli Venezia Giulia. Ho consigliato a tutti i miei amici e conoscenti, lo studio e tutti si sono trovati benissimo con questi professionisti del sorriso. Davvero un grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff di questa struttura. Professionalism and customer care. Excellent medical team, not only from a professional point of view, but also from a human point of view (they manage to make you feel calm and relaxed during the sessions) and welcoming staff available and friendly to patients, make sure that Dental Pro is the best dental clinic in Friuli Venezia Giulia. I recommended the studio to all my friends and acquaintances and they all had a great time with these smile professionals. A really heartfelt thanks to all the staff of this structure.
T	The Great John on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essendo una cooperativa e non uno studio professionale, si affida sempre a terzi ed assume gente poco capace, che spesso si rivela impaziente, incompetente, subdola. Non esiste inoltre un vero rapporto con il cliente, spesso ignorato in favore di una direzione poco organizzata e con l'unica intenzione di spillare il soldo facile. Alla fine, la vera colpa non credo sia della gente che lavora in questi centri (che spesso fa il possibile), ma di chi è davvero a capo. Being a cooperative and not a professional firm, it always relies on third parties and hires people who are not very capable, who often turn out to be impatient, incompetent, devious. Furthermore, there is no real relationship with the customer, often ignored in favor of a poorly organized management and with the sole intention of tapping the easy money. In the end, I don't think the real fault lies with the people who work in these centers (who often do what they can), but with those who are really in charge.

Ma io sono 2 e dico 2 anni senza denti e varie dentiere provvisorie...un mucchio di scuse e balle!!!SCAPPATE prima che potete visto che pure VE ,PD e varie hanno stessi commenti... 2 anni senza denti!!VERGOGNATEVI! 1 star always because less is not possible! Ho dovuto rincorrerli fino a minacciarli con tutela legale, prima di ricevere rimborso. Non professionali nei confronti del cliente, abbandonato a risolversi la questione da solo come spettatore nel gioco del rimbalzo di responsabilità fra la clinica di Udine e la sede di Milano. VERGOGNOSO. Davvero, valutate bene prima di firmare con loro. Propongono poi finanziamenti delle cure a zero interessi, ma omettono di comunicare le spese istruttorie che sono una bella botta. Neanche loro conoscono ciò che propongono. Ottimo... Hope you don't happen to have to get reimbursed because it was a TWO year long process.
