Recatomi in questo centro per una urgenza, con forte mal di denti, mi fissano appuntamento 2 giorni dopo.
Mi presento puntuale e mi fanno aspettare quasi un'ora e mezza in sala d'attesa.
Nel momento in cui decido di andarmene, finalmente mi riceve uno pseudo-dentista che, dopo sommaria visita, mi fa stilare preventivo per una corona da 1250 euro, "necessaria per non pregiudicare la masticazione".
Prendo tempo, nonostante il dolore e mi reco il giorno seguente presso un'altro studio dentistico per avere una seconda opinione: il dente dolorante dicono essere ininfluente per la masticazione, mancando l'antagonista, preventivo per devitalizzazione e otturazione: 300 euro.
Vitaldent: non mi vedrete mai più!
Hallucinatory experience.
I went to this center for an emergency, with severe toothache, they made an appointment for me 2 days later.
I introduce myself on time and they make me wait almost an hour and a half in the waiting room.
The moment I decide to leave, a pseudo-dentist finally receives me who, after a brief visit, makes me draw up a quote for a crown of 1250 euros, "necessary to not affect chewing".
I take time, despite the pain and go to another dental practice the following day to get a second opinion: the aching tooth they say is irrelevant for chewing, missing the antagonist, preventive for devitalization and filling: 300 euros.
Vitaldent: you will never see me again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma quali professionali... lasciate perdere! i prezzi non sono piu convenienti che altrove, i medici cambiano sempre e non hanno nessun interesse a mantenere la clientela. Nè tantomeno si ricordano di voi. Tre volte ho avuto bisogno della profilassi (informazione regolarmente riportata sulla mia cartella), tre volte si sono dimenticati di avvisarmi in tempo. E questi sarebbero professionisti?
Personale educato, ma non basta la buona educazione a fare un buono studio dentistico.
But what professional ... forget it! prices are not cheaper than elsewhere, doctors are always changing and they have no interest in retaining customers. Nor do they remember you. Three times I needed prophylaxis (information regularly reported on my file), three times they forgot to notify me in time. And these would be professionals?
Polite staff, but good education is not enough to make a good dental practice.
