Se non accetti quello che ti propongono diventano scortesi e scocciati,e bruschi quando ti stanno facendo il lavoro. E prezzi da paura.. non c'è per niente convenienza andando da loro. Sconsiglio vivamente. Absolutely I found myself very badly. They always aim to make the most expensive work even if we do not need. If you do not accept what I propose you become annoyed and rude, and abrupt when you are doing the work. And prices of fear .. there is no convenience at all by going to them. I do not recommend it highly enough.

In 40 anni non mi era mai successo di fare un igiene orale in 19 minuti! Nemmeno il filo interdentale si sono presi la briga di usare, un lavoro fatto in maniera davvero superficiale! Se il servizio è la professionalità avessero almeno sopperito alla scontrosità e freddezza del "medico".... Davvero una pessima impressione. Non faccio mai recensioni, ma quando ci vuole...ci vuole. Quasi dimenticavo, ottimo però il servizio alla reception, una signorina gentile, cordiale ed efficiente! In 40 years it had never happened to me to do oral hygiene in 19 minutes! Not even floss you have taken the trouble to use, a job done in a very superficial! If the service is the professionalism they had at least made up for the rudeness and coldness of the "doctor" .... Really a very bad impression. I never do reviews, but when it takes ... it takes. Almost forgot, good though the service at the reception, a nice young lady, friendly and efficient!

Alto livello igienico e professionale, preventivi chiari e concorrenziali. Sono stato sempre seguito dal Dott. Bellato M. ottimo professionista simpatico e sincero, purtroppo per ragioni logistiche non lo ho più ritrovato in Dentalcoop. Mi è stato affidato un nuovo medico Dott. Berardi G. che ho trovato da subito antipatico ( giudizio prettamente soggettivo ) ma anche ARROGANTE e questo aspetto è inaccettabile per una prestazione medica a pagamento. ( parliamo di 2 mila euro di lavoro ) A questo punto, essendo anche parecchio distante, pur con dispiacere ho pensato di cambiare struttura. Ne ho parlato con la responsabile, la Sig.ra Katia che ha trovato la soluzione alle mie aspettative cambiandomi medico. Grazie Katia per l'assistenza durante tutto il percorso di cura. E grazie al mio nuovo medico Dott. Caufin S. persona cordiale e affabile e di grande professionalità con cui mi sono trovato a mio agio. Thomas M. High level of hygiene and professionalism, clear and competitive quotes. I have always been followed by Dr. Bellato M. excellent professional, sympathetic and sincere, unfortunately for logistical reasons I have not found him again in Dentalcoop. I was entrusted with a new doctor Dr. Berardi G. who I immediately found unpleasant (purely subjective opinion) but also ARROGANT and this aspect is unacceptable for a paid medical service. (we are talking about 2 thousand euros of work) At this point, also being quite distant, although with regret I thought of changing the structure. I talked about it with the manager, Mrs. Katia who found the solution to my expectations by changing my doctor. Thanks Katia for your assistance throughout the treatment process. Struttura pulita e ordinata dove vengono rispettate le normative, in particolare le misure contro il Covid 19. Puntualità eccellente negli orari degli appuntamenti ,molto utile SMS di promemoria inviato il giorno prima . I medici durante gli interventi spiegano con giusto modo le operazioni che compiono e si assicurano della tranquillità del paziente . Quando li si contatta per qualche urgenza dell’ ultimo minuto sono sempre disponibili e organizzati per gestirla e intervenire in tempi brevissimi . Consigliato anche per i prezzi e l’ esperienza nei lavori di ortodonzia. Nota di merito per la simpatia e professionalità delle ragazze all ‘ accoglienza e della loro coordinatrice .
