★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rimasta traumatizzata per colpa di un medico incapace di anestitizzare un dente. Provato per due volte con varie siringate per niente. Rimandata a casa dicendo di trovare un centro dove facessero anestesie totali e con un dente massacrato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante un detartraggio hanno fatto saltare un'otturazione e come risposta dell'evento invece che mediare sull'incidente forniscono preventivo di otturazione. Sconsigliatissimo.
During a scaling they blew a filling and as a response to the event instead of mediating on the incident they provide an obturation estimate. Sconsigliatissimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Ho chiamato apposta per capire se facevano una OPT con un voucher della mia assicurazione sanitaria. Mi è stato riferito telefonicamente che sarebbe stato possibile e mi hanno anche detto il costo che avrei sostenuto se avessi voluto farla privatamente. Finalmente, dopo mille traversie dovute alla mia assicurazione, riesco ad essere autorizzato e purtroppo oggi mi sento dire dalla segrataria che loro non fanno OPT se non in seguito ad una visita odontoiatrica, perchè sono uno studio dentistico. Se fossero stati chiari sin dall'inizio avrei risparmiato molto tempo. Adesso sono costretto a cancellare il voucher e riprendere daccapo tutta la procedura. Sono davvero arrabbiato e non ho parole. Invece di risolvere il problema, hanno chiesto chi fosse stato a dirmi della possibilità di eseguire l'esame, come se ricercare il/la responsabile fosse più importante di andare incontro al cliente. Male molto male.

Finally, after a thousand troubles due to my insurance, I am able to be authorized and unfortunately today I hear from the secretary that they do not make an OPT unless after a dental visit, because they are a dental office. If they had been clear from the start I would have saved a lot of time. Now I am forced to cancel the voucher and start the whole procedure all over again. I am really angry and I have no words. Instead of solving the problem, they asked who it was who told me about the possibility of carrying out the exam, as if finding the responsible person was more important than meeting the client. Bad very bad.
