Vado, faccio la pulizia, poi al momento di pagare scopro che hanno sospeso le prenotazioni col fondo,cosa a cui non avevano mai fatto menzione. Morale: devo pagare tutto di tasca mia. Nemmeno la decenza di scusarsi, anzi, cercavano di dare la colpa a me. Pessimi... Attenti se prenotate col fondo! I call specifying that I want to book a deep cleaning and they confirm everything.
