Mi sono sentito da subito accolto e rassicurato e il piano di cura propostomi è andato benissimo. Ciò che mi è piaciuto in particolar modo è la meticolosa descrizione di quello che sarà l'intervento quel giorno. La dottoressa e le igieniste che mi hanno seguito sono bravissime. Uno ovviamente spera di non dover tornare dal dentista ? ma, se dovesse succedere, sarei super tranquillo e non avrei dubbi nella scelta. I immediately felt welcomed and reassured and the treatment plan proposed went very well. What I particularly liked is the meticulous description of what the surgery will be like that day. The doctor and the hygienists who followed me are very good. One obviously hopes not to have to go back to the dentist ? but, if that happens, I would be super calm and have no doubts in the choice.

Nell’arco degli ultimi 12 mesi essendomi rotto la bellezza di due denti inevitabilmente ne ho dovuto fare ricorso. La scelta è caduta sullo studio Carpegna principalmente per comodità. Ho trovato nella Dottoressa e del Dottor Carpegna oltre alla competenza e alla professionalità quel “tocco” di informalità che mette a proprio agio il paziente prima e soprattutto durante le sedute. Stessa professionalità e gentilezza presente in tutti i membri dello staff dall’igienista al personale di supporto alle sedute fino alle ragazze della reception. Più che consigliato specialmente a chi come il sottoscritto fa parte di quella schiera di persone, come dire, “restie” a mettere piede in uno studio dentistico. Ho constatato subito la professionalità, ma anche la simpatia e la gentilezza di tutto lo staff. Poi ho iniziato una serie di interventi, trascurati forse da troppo tempo, seguito dalla Dott.ssa Giorgia Carpegna che, mettendomi a mio agio, sta gradualmente sistemando, con competenza e umanità, i problemi accumulatisi nel tempo. Il giorno successivo a uno di questi interventi sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso nel ricevere una telefonata con la quale mi è stato chiesto se andava tutto bene, offrendo pronta disponibilità in caso di eventuali problemi. Pertanto, se qualcuno mi chiedesse di indicargli uno studio dentistico serio, competente e affidabile, non esiterei a proporre lo studio Carpegna. The day after one of these interventions I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call asking me if everything was okay, offering ready availability in case of any problems. Che dire…l’igienista è stata brava ma molto superficiale nel farla cioè mancava di precisione( saltava i denti da pulire). Durante l’igiene si allontana lasciandomi con la bocca aperta per poi tornare con la pasta lucidante. Non poteva preparare il tutto prima vista la prenotazione per l’igiene? Ma il botto finale è stato che mi ha fatto una lastra di sua scelta riferendomi di avere una carie senza farmi vedere nulla di tutto ciò. Alla mia richiesta di vedere il tutto mi viene risposto “Ha già visto la dottoressa, si accomodi pure di qui che le fanno il preventivo.” Fate attenzione! P.s. Non è assolutamente vero che la pulizia viene effettuata in 60 minuti perché avevo appuntamento alle 16:00 e dopo aver complicato tutti i fogli sono entrata alle 16:10 per la pulizia. Il pagamento è stato effettuato alle 16:45 quindi non è come rispondono loro. Ho tutto documentato. Days ago I did a dental hygiene for the first time in this studio…. It is absolutely not true that the cleaning is done in 60 minutes because I had an appointment at 16:00 and after having complicated all the sheets I came in at 16:10 for cleaning. Payment was made at 4:45 pm so that's not how they respond. I have everything documented.
