E' la prima volta che faccio acquisti di prodotti parafarmaceutici on-line e non lo farò mai più... dopo 15 giorni dall'ordine e pagamento (circa 50€), non ho ricevuto nulla... ho provato, quindi, contattare il negozio, ma con scarsi risultati (al telefono non rispondono mai e via e-mail sono molto vaghi)... a quel punto ho avviato un reclamo tramite paypal e fortunatamente ho ottenuto il rimborso dell'intero importo... per me è NO!
NEVER AGAIN'...
It is the first time that I have made purchases of parapharmaceutical products online and I will never do it again ... after 15 days from the order and payment (about 50 €), I have not received anything ... I have tried, therefore, to contact the shop, but with poor results (on the phone they never answer and via e-mail they are very vague) ... at that point I started a complaint via paypal and luckily I got a refund of the full amount ... for me it is NO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A novembre dello scorso ho ordinato delle apparecchiature che non mi sono mai arrivate. Ho perso l intero importo che non era poco perché non sono mai riuscito a contattarli se non all inizio mostrandosi disponibili. Dopodiché scomparsi nel nulla.
In November of last year, I ordered equipment that never arrived. I lost the entire amount which was not a small amount because I never managed to contact them except at the beginning by showing themselves available. Then disappeared into thin air.
