★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato per una visita a fine novembre, mi hanno programmato gli appuntamenti a fine dicembre suddivisi in 3 sedute, 27,28 e 29 dicembre. pochi giorni prima mi hanno telefonato per spostare l’appuntamento del 27. Il 27 mi hanno chiamato per spostare il 28, il 28 mi hanno chiamato per spostare il 29 e mi hanno detto che dovevamo programmare nuovi appuntamenti per il 3 gennaio. Oggi 3 gennaio sono andato presso lo studio a Supersano, ( from Gallipoli) e lo studio era chiuso.Non ho ricevuto nessuna chiamata, nessun messaggio che mi indicava la chiusura e l’eventuale nuovo appuntamento. Sconsiglio vivamente questo studio dentistico, scarsa professionalità, inadeguata e mi riferisco alla ragazza che gestisce gli appuntamenti. Una cosa del genere non mi è mai successa in vita mia. Delusione totale.
I went for a visit at the end of November, I have scheduled appointments for the end of December divided into 3 sessions, 27,28 and 29 December. a few days earlier they called me to move the appointment on the 27th. I strongly advise against this dental office, lack of professionalism, inadequate and I refer to the girl who manages the appointments. Such a thing has never happened to me in my life. Total disappointment.
