Nel frattempo dopo un primo ricontattato con la promessa di ricevere a breve una risposta mai più sentiti. Mi sono trovato decisamente meglio in un altra struttura sempre convenzionata unisalute ,dove in soli 24ore mi hanno dato risposta sulla copertura. Non perdono solo me come cliente ma tutto il mio gruppo di lavoro ,famiglia e numerosi amici.

Bad experience I am still waiting for a quote response via unisalute from November 2020.
In the meantime, after a first contacted with the promise to receive shortly an answer never heard from again. I found myself much better in another unisalute structure, where in just 24 hours they gave me an answer on the coverage. They not only lose me as a customer but my entire work group, family and numerous friends.
