★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fino a qualche giorno fa ne avrei parlato bene se non fosse che mercoledì ho portato la mia bambina di 6 anni x fare la prima visita e visto che aveva un dentino da latte che dondolava parecchio il medico che la stava visitando mi ha chiesto se poteva toglierlo. È bastato spruzzare lo spray gelato e in un attimo il dentino è venuto via. Uscendo mi hanno consegnato un preventivo e la segreteria dopo mia richiesta (per correttezza) di quanto eventualmente dovessi mi ha risposto: "Per il dentino? Penso niente. Non mi hanno detto nulla". Così è andata dal dottore a chiedere. Risultato? Fattura di € 50!!
Lo trovo assurdo, assolutamente esagerato. Se non avessi chiesto io non mi avrebbero fatto pagare: a essere onesti ci si rimette sempre!
Until a few days ago I would have talked about it well if it weren't for the fact that on Wednesday I took my 6-year-old daughter for the first visit and since she had a baby tooth that wobbled a lot, the doctor who was examining her asked me if she could remove it . It was enough to spray the ice cream spray and in a moment the tooth came out. On leaving, they gave me a quote and the secretariat after my request (for correctness) of what I possibly owed, replied: "For the tooth? I think nothing. They didn't tell me anything". So she went to the doctor to ask. Result? Invoice of € 50 !!
I find it absurd, absolutely exaggerated. If I hadn't asked, they wouldn't have charged me: to be honest you always lose out!

Venerdì sono andata a fare un controllo dopo aver messo l’invisaling delle durata di 10 minuti al massimo, avevo l’appuntamento alle 18.45 e ho aspettato più di 1 ora sdraiata sul lettino con l’assistente! Sono stata controllata alle 20! La loro giustificazione?! Era in riunione con il dottore! Ma lo sanno che le riunione si fanno quando NON ci sono i pazienti?! E tra l’altro non ho neanche ricevuto delle SCUSE!
Until a few months ago I would have put 5 stars but not today! I was checked at 20! Their justification ?! He was in a meeting with the doctor! But do they know that the meetings are made when there are NO patients ?! Inoltre onestà assoluta nel prezzo, cosa non scontata.
Io mi sono rivolta alla clinica per effettuare delle cure dentali durante la gravidanza... con tutti i timori e le incertezze del caso.... e sono stata seguita con la massima attenzione sia dal personale medico che da quello di segreteria.
