Nonostante avessi fatto presente che il bambino avvertiva dolore e nonostante durante la visita il bambino è stato molto collaborativo, non sono intervenuti in alcun modo per risolvere il problema. Per la modica cifra di €50 mi hanno confermato quello che già sapevo, che aveva una carie. Per poter procedere mi hanno presentato un preventivo di €460 per la cura di 4 carie e una seduta di igiene. La cosa che più mi ha infastidito è che quello che avrebbe dovuto essere la priorità, alleviare il dolore di un bambino di 3 anni, non è stata considerata affatto. Bad experience. In order to proceed, they presented me with a quote of € 460 for the treatment of 4 cavities and a hygiene session. The thing that bothered me most is that what should have been the priority, relieving the pain of a 3 year old, was not considered at all.

Si tratta di un luogo di lavoro accogliente e confortevole, nel quale operano persone gentili e qualificate. Ho instaurato fin dall'inizio un buon rapporto interpersonale con tutti, in particolar modo con Marco, il quale, ha saputo ascoltare le mie esigenze, risolvendo, per mezzo dei medici specialisti operanti nel Centro, i miei problemi. Saluto Marco Nocelli e Stefano Zema, insieme a tutto il personale. I felt the need to review this Center because, from the first approach with the staff, I found myself in the family. It is a welcoming and comfortable workplace where kind and qualified people work. From the beginning I established a good interpersonal relationship with everyone, especially with Marco, who was able to listen to my needs, solving my problems through the specialist doctors working in the Center. I greet Marco Nocelli and Stefano Zema, together with all the staff.

La professionalità (la parola non mi piace ma non ne trovo un'altra per dire che sono tutti grandi professionisti) è sempre accompagnata dalla passione e si vede(!) per le cose che fanno dalla cortesia e simpatia. Dicevo della passione che si vede da quando entri nella sala di attesa vieni accolto sempre con cortesia e sorriso. Lo studio è sempre pulito e profumato di buono e poi c'è l'attenzione alla questione Covid. Sono anni ormai che frequento il Centro Odontoiatrico Prati e non mi sono mai sognato di cambiarlo dopo averne visti tanti altri. Andare dal dentista sembrerebbe una cosa spiacevole. Non è così da loro: risolvi il tuo problema con un sorriso ma con grande serietà di tutti i collaboratori dello studio. Insomma grande serietà accompagnata dalla preparazione e prezzi onesti. Mi sono dilungato perché non mi piaceva andare dal dentista e ne avevo paura e non è più così. This dental office is an incredible place. Professionalism (I don't like the word but I can't find another one to say that they are all great professionals) is always accompanied by passion and it shows (!) For the things they do from courtesy and sympathy. I was talking about the passion that you see since you enter the waiting room you are always greeted with courtesy and a smile. The studio is always clean and smelling good and then there is the attention to the Covid issue. I have been attending the Prati Dental Center for years now and I have never dreamed of changing it after seeing so many others. Going to the dentist would seem unpleasant. It is not like that with them: solve your problem with a smile but with great seriousness from all the collaborators of the firm. In short, great seriousness accompanied by preparation and honest prices. I dwelt because I didn't like going to the dentist and I was afraid of it and that's no longer the case.

L'ottima impressione è riconfermata in questo periodo dall'attenzione notevole al COVID, con la sala d'attesa mai affollata e gli appuntamenti ben scanditi. La scelta è risultata ottima, sia per l’ambiente che per l’organizzazione e sia per il personale altamente professionale e competente, che ci ha risolto una brutta situazione.
