★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno mi chiamo Michela Latin ho effettuato un ordine lunedi mi chiama una signora mercoledì dicendomi che uno dei due vestiti ordinati ha un diffetto e che mi spediscono l'altro facendomi il rimborso di quello che ha il diffetto....oggi venerdi non ho ricevuto ne il rimborso di nulla e nemmeno la spedizione dell'altro perché non mi é arrivata nessuna tracciabilità del pacco.
Chiamo in sede mi risponde una incopetente dicendomi che lei non sa cosa dirmi e che ci sentiamo lunedi ......
Prima é ultima volto che mi rivolgo a loro per un ordine visto l'incopetenza e la poca disponibilità
