Tra le varie cose positive che ho notato, quella che più mi ha colpito, è stata la considerazione e l'attenzione che hanno mostrato nei confronti dei clienti (mentre ero ad aspettare il mio turno) indipendentemente dal servizio richiesto. Ho visto la STESSA dedizione, attenzione, cortesia, tempo dedicato ad ascoltare sia chi chiedeva una bicicletta Nuova da oltre 3000€ sia chi era lì per farsi registrare il cambio. Questa per me è professionalità, ma soprattutto, a livello personale, non ho visto trattare clienti di seria A o serie B in base a quanto spendono. Non è una cosa scontata, visto che per molti negozi... Non è così (parlo per esperienza personale)
Kind, helpful, correct, honest, capable, professional staff. Among the various positive things I noticed, what struck me most was the consideration and attention they showed towards customers (while I was waiting for my turn) regardless of the service requested. I saw the SAME dedication, attention, courtesy, time dedicated to listening to both those asking for a new bicycle worth over € 3,000 and those who were there to have the change registered. For me this is professionalism, but above all, on a personal level, I have not seen treating serious A or series B customers based on how much they spend. It is not a foregone conclusion, given that for many shops ... it is not so (I speak from personal experience)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Denio was recommended by a bike shop in Gaoli in Chianti. I had broken a rear wheel spoke on a deep carbon rim. They were extremely helpful, the boss worked over lunch to repair it and then only wanted to charge a small amount for his work. I am extremely grateful to these guys for getting me back on the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guys at Denio Biciclette are just amazing - top customer service and absolutne great at what they do. I had the front chainring damaged on my Cannondale which also demasged the chain. Not only that the whole thing was repaired (all parts available) but also price wise it was a nice surprise.
