Innanzitutto vorrei mettere in chiaro che sono una persona reale che ha avuto un'esperienza reale con quest'agenzia, dato che mi hanno accusato di non essere una persona reale solo perchè ho messo una recensione negativa. E vi spiego tranquillamente il perchè. Oggi pomeriggio giorno 28/06/2021 ho accompagnato la mia ragazza ad acquistare un semplicissimo biglietto del treno, siamo andati alle ore 18:00 ed abbiamo aspettato li un'ora intera, e come noi, anche tante altre persone, con 40° all'ombra, ed in tutto questo, solo UNA persona stava lavorando con una coppia di ragazzi. Adesso, capisco perfettamente gli imprevisti, le esigenze dei clienti e tutto, (tant'è che non ho detto nulla se non mettere una normalissima e giustificata recensione negativa sul sito, d'altronde siamo in democrazia o mi sbaglio?), ma non potete minacciarmi dicendo che questo commento finirà alla polizia postale o addirittura accusandomi di spam e di non esistere, solo perchè una recensione di questo genere vi danneggia. Piuttosto prendetene atto e migliorate in futuro la gestione dei dipendenti, senza creare file chilometriche di persone che aspettano sotto al sole per un singolo biglietto! Hi! This afternoon on 28/06/2021 I accompanied my girlfriend to buy a very simple train ticket, we went at 18:00 and we waited there for a whole hour, and like us, many other people too, with 40 ° all shadow, and in all of this, only ONE person was working with a couple of guys. Now, I fully understand the unexpected events, the needs of the customers and everything, (so much so that I have not said anything except to put a very normal and justified negative review on the site, on the other hand we are in democracy or am I wrong?), But you cannot threaten me by saying that this comment will end up in the police post or even accusing me of spam and not existing, just because a review of this kind hurts you. Rather take note of this and improve employee management in the future, without creating kilometer lines of people waiting in the sun for a single ticket!
