★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco seri. Ho ordinato, pagando in anticipo, una mascherina con iniziali. Mi fu detto che sarebbe stata pronta il lunedì/martedì successivo. Andai il sabato successivo e non era pronta ancora. Non c'erano abbastanza mascherine personalizzate in ordine per stampare a detta loro (e posso crederli, per i costi di avviamento macchina magari hanno preferito aspettare), il problema è che io il lunedì sarei partito e non potevo aspettare. L'errore non è l'attesa, ma la poca serietà nel non rispettare i tempi e soprattutto nel non avvisare del ritardo. POCO SERI.
Not very serious. I ordered a template with initials by paying in advance. I was told it would be ready on the following Monday / Tuesday. I went the following Saturday and it wasn't ready yet. There were not enough custom templates in order to print according to them (and I can believe them, for the costs of starting the machine, perhaps they preferred to wait), the problem is that on Monday I would be leaving and I could not wait. The error is not the wait, but the lack of seriousness in not respecting the times and above all in not advising of the delay. VERY SERIOUS.
