D	Daniela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto la tratta Bologna Firenze e viceversa. All'aeroporto di Bologna ho trovato senza difficoltà lo sportello per fare il biglietto. Il bus è partito puntuale. Sul sito pubblicizzano il costo di 20.00 euro facendolo in biglietteria e così è stato per l'andata. Sul sito riportano che il costo aggiuntivo è solo per biglitti acquistati sul bus. Amara sorpresa quando sono andata ad acquistare quelli del ritorno alla stazione Santa Maria Novella. Il costo è lievitato di ben 3.00 euro per un totale di costo biglietto di 23.00. Ho chiamato e l'operatore mi spiega che per la compagnia non è rilevante e sono commissioni che prende l'agenzia. Ho chiesto di evidenziare sul loro sito che il costo del biglietto è da considerare al netto di spese agenzia perchè sul sito non è chiaro. Purtoppo mi ha risposto che non ci possono fare nulla e che l'agenzia chiede quello che vuole. Ho un cinsiglio da dare: fate soli biglietti on line. I made the Bologna Florence route and vice versa. At the Bologna airport I found the ticket office without any difficulty. The bus left on time. On the site they advertise the cost of 20.00 euros doing it at the ticket office and so it was for the outward journey. On the site they report that the additional cost is only for tickets purchased on the bus. A bitter surprise when I went to buy those returning to the Santa Maria Novella station. The cost has risen by a good 3.00 euros for a total ticket cost of 23.00. I called and the operator explains to me that for the company it is not relevant and they are commissions that the agency takes. I asked to highlight on their website that the cost of the ticket is to be considered net of agency fees because on the site it is not clear. Unfortunately he replied that there is nothing they can do and that the agency asks for what he wants. I have a cishiglio to give: you only make tickets on line.
J	John on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The driver didn't speak any English which for me is no problem but it certainly didn't facilitate communication with other passengers. I believe the website is also only in Italian. He stopped 10 minutes before Florence along the side of the road, apparently to talk to some guy. That meant that in the end thanks to his conversation we arrived 5-10 minutes late. Some suggestions: perhaps take out the rather useless Calenzano stop which takes 10 extra minutes - try to advertise your shuttle in English so that perhaps your bus is actually full and you can lower the price from the rather expensive 20/25 euros to a more normal 10/15 euros.

They changed the departure location but on the ticket it only said it at the very bottom in italian, the original wrong departure location was still listed. When I tried to complain, Appennino's response is "WE ARE LAUGHING AT YOU WITH AN ENGLISHMAN... ONE WHO IS A GUEST IN A COUNTRY AND DOES NOT EVEN LOOK WHAT IS WRITTEN ON THE TICKET... WHAT KINF OF WORLD DO YOU LIVE IN!!!!! This verbatim the response I got. If you want to WASTE YOUR MONEY and MISS YOUR FLIGHT, this is a great opportunity. The arrogance, the stupidity.
M	Michal Antal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used this shuttle from Florence to Bologna. Departure was from Piazzale Montelungo, exact place as was written on ticket. Bus departured with no delay, exactly on scheduled time. We arrived to Bologna airport with 8 minutes delay, which is OK for bus transport. Recommend!
A	Agustin Pedrazzoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scam! Two weeks ago we booked tickets from Bologna Airport to Florence on their website. Once the payment was made (20 euros per ticket), we could not download the vouchers and tickets because the link failed constantly. When we finally arrived at the airport the bus driver said he could not let us pass with the paypal confirmation only and made us buy new tickets (an extra 25 euros each!) At no time was the bus driver helpful or understanding nor has the company given us a refund for the extra tickets...
P	Patrick Riemer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toilet damaged and bus driver refused in a rude way to stop at more than 3 bus stops. "That is not my problem". People working there are happily willing to cause their passengers physical pain. Take ANY other bus line!
T	T Lo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service from Florence train station to Bologna airport. €20 of you book online (the ticket can be viewed by clicking the link in your confirmation email). I booked it while waiting in line for the bus. If you want to just pay on board it's €25. I caught the 6:10am bus on a Sunday morning and was at Bologna airport by 7:30am.
A	Ajeje Brazorf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In case your plane is delayed, they don't offer ticket reimbursment nor a voucher for the next trip. We had to opt for another solution, as their next bus was after 3 hours. Not recommended, avoid if you can. Non rimborsano biglietti né offrono buoni per corse future in caso di ritardo dell'aereo (per prendere il bus successivo, avremo dovuto attendere più di due ore e mezza in aeroporto).
