È vero che me lo hanno sempre riparato in garanzia ma, ogni volta, il PC 'sta via un mese.
 Very disappointed: in less than a year, a $ 1,000 PC failed twice.
It is true that I have always repaired it under warranty but, each time, the PC 'stays away for a month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It showed up in the map when I searched for a service centre but after reaching I got to know it's just an office. They helped me by providing contact and information on whom to approach to fix my problem though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a corporate Office. There is no consumer sale assistance anywhere. Not here, not on the Dell's website, not even by phone. I wonder how on earth Dell manages to sell consumer products here in Italy. Not that I am after cheapish things. The system I was interested in was € 2000+ Shame on Dell!!
Update: I did not purchase anything from Dell. If they completely disregard consumer support in the sales phase, I cannot imagine what it is going to be like the aftersale support.
