★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia suocera, 86 anni, il 22 06 ha acquistato (già difettoso) un frigo Hoover pagandolo 280,00 €. Infatti, appena installato, perdeva acqua in abbondanza. Trascorso oltre un mese, il frigo non è stato ne sostituito, ne riparato! Mia suocera è sottoposta a continui stress per asciugare continuamente l'acqua (86 anni!!!), scendere da casa tutti i giorni per la spesa che non può programmare settimanalmente perchè con il frigo guasto i cibi si avariano, inoltre non può conservare adeguatamente le medicine che è obbligata a prendere, mettendo a rischio la propria salute.
