Chiaramente era palese che noi fossimo dei forestieri....Ho sempre decantato della Sicilia la loro cultura dell'ospitalità, del buon cibo ed invece ogni anno che passa si peggiora sempre più. Io mi domando come si possa pensare solo al profitto e non alla sicurezza di ciò che le persone mangiano . Io non credo proprio che a casa loro questi commercianti e ai loro ospiti rifilino gli scarti. Ho parlato al plurale perché anche in altri posti dove abbiamo comprato pesce abbiamo avuto esperienze negative. Resto allibita e delusa . I usually go down to Sicily every year, but I must say that this year in particular I have had many negative experiences in buying fish, one of these right here where they sold me x 8 fresh scampi and among them I found one completely black and he wasn't the only one. Clearly it was clear that we were foreigners .... I have always praised Sicily for their culture of hospitality, good food and instead every year that passes it gets worse and worse. I wonder how we can only think about profit and not about the safety of what people eat. I really don't think these traders and their guests are trimming the scraps in their home. I spoke in the plural because other places where we bought fish have also had negative experiences. I am stunned and disappointed.
