Personale giovane e gentilissimo, sempre molto attento alle richieste del cliente. Una delle mie pizzerie preferite a Grottaglie. Ci serviamo spesso del servizio d’asporto che risulta essere molto rapido! Ve la consiglio! State-of-the-art pizzeria with a menu full of traditional and special pizzas, white and red. Young and very kind staff, always very attentive to customer requests. One of my favorite pizzerias in Grottaglie. We often use the take-away service which turns out to be very quick! I recommend it!

Personale cordialissimo e disponibile, dal pizzaiolo al gentilissimo il proprietario Ottavio e non da meno tutta la sua famiglia, ci si sente a casa! Ottima la carne, curata da Ottavio e le prelibatezze salate e dolci preparate rispettivamente dalla signora mamma e dalla sorella (consiglio di assaggiare il meraviglioso dolce cuor di stelle, originale e golosissima produzione propria).. Le pizze ottime e all'entrata si possono trovare ad allietare l'atmosfera i meravigliosi fiori del signor Cavallo senior! Quindi consigliatissimo, non rimarrete delusi! Truly original location, with attention to every detail, which made me fall in love and repeatedly I renewed my compliments! Very friendly and helpful staff, from the pizza chef to the very kind owner Ottavio and not least his whole family, you feel at home! Excellent meat, prepared by Ottavio and the savory and sweet delicacies prepared respectively by mum and sister (I recommend tasting the wonderful sweet heart of stars, original and delicious own production) .. The excellent pizzas and at the entrance you can find to brighten the atmosphere the wonderful flowers of Mr. Cavallo senior! So highly recommended, you won't be disappointed!

Ho messo due stelle solo perché la mia pizza era abbastanza buona, anche se le altre persone che sedevano con me hanno ricevuto pizze un po' troppo cotte. Il problema principale è stata la lunga attesa e la maleducazione di alcuni elementi del personale. Siamo arrivati alla 20:45 ed il locale era abbastanza vuoto. Dopo qualche minuto abbiamo ordinato ed il locale ha iniziato a riempirsi di altri tavoli. Avevamo ordinato una porzione grande di patatine e delle pizze.... Dopo un po' abbiamo iniziato a vedere che tutti gli altri tavoli arrivati dopo di noi incominciavano a mangiare...anche le stesse porzioni di patatine ordinate da noi. Abbiamo sollecitato più volte il personale di sala e dopo molto tempo un giovane cameriere molto maleducato ha portato al tavolo la porzione di patatine praticamente "lanciandola" sul tavolo...poco dopo viene portata una sola pizza al nostro tavolo dopodiché vengono servite altre pizze ad un altro tavolo...... finalmente dopo molto tempo siamo stati serviti. Una brutta esperienza...che non ripeterò Alas, I find myself having to leave my first negative review. I only put two stars because my pizza was good enough, even though the other people who sat with me got pizzas that were a little overcooked. The main problem was the long wait and rudeness of some of the staff. We arrived at 8:45 pm and the place was quite empty. After a few minutes we ordered and the place started filling up with more tables. We had ordered a large portion of chips and some pizzas .... After a while we started to see that all the other tables that arrived after us were starting to eat ... even the same portions of chips ordered from us. We urged the dining room staff several times and after a long time a very rude young waiter brought the portion of chips to the table practically "throwing" it on the table ... shortly after only one pizza is brought to our table, after which other pizzas are served. another table ...... finally after a long time we were served. PS personalmente preferirei la pizza leggermente più cotta, ma quello varia dai gusti. Very good! Owner and waiter very friendly and very helpful. Recommended. PS personally I would prefer the slightly more cooked pizza, but that varies by taste.

Una coppa di palle di pane, una palla di pane con sopra una fetta di capocollo un cestino di pane per accompagnare l’antipasto di palle di pane. Due polpette di numero a testa, un pezzo microscopico di “parmigiana” un piatto di insalata di riso scondita insipida con polpo mais e pezzi di carota, neanche un filo d’olio!!! una fetta di salmone affumicato gettata su un letto di arance a pezzi, Una porzione di verdure fritte riportava il menù, tipo tempura ma tristemente composta solo da melanzane. Due tagliate di manzo che sembravano essere lesse e senza sale su un letto di due kg di insalata scondita. E per finire un bel conto salato a differenza di tutto quello che abbiamo mangiato. Due persone 70 euro. Consiglio: cambiate chef e rivedete il menù, poche cose ma fatte bene I never review places but tonight I think I've never eaten so badly. The appetizer. . Siamo arrivate alle 20.30 (e non alle 21.00). Era occupato solo un tavolo da 4,per il resto il locale era vuoto. Siamo state servite dopo tanto tempo, dopo molte altre persone arrivate dopo di noi. Le pizze erano molto crude. Infatti sono rimaste nei piatti, non abbiamo spazzolato nulla. Tant'è vero che chi ha sparecchiato (forse il proprietario, non so perché non lo conosco) non ha replicato alle nostre lamentele, quando invece avrebbe potuto dire che le pizze anche se crude erano state mangiate. Se ci hanno offerto delle pizze da portare via, è perché si sono resi conto che avevamo ragione. E comunque non aveva senzo a quell ora accettare delle pizze da asporto. Forse il nostro errore è stato non dire subito che le pizze erano molto crude. Ma per il resto è vero che non si potevano mangiare, che sono rimaste nel piatto e che per averle abbiamo aspettato tanto. Una serata no può succedere, ma non bisogna dire che abbiamo detto cose non vere, come è stato risposto alla mia amica I was in this place on Saturday night.
