★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ai piedi del PATRIMONIO UNESCO ... Sua Maestà L'Etna proprio ai piedi del Monte si è svolta una magnifica serata di abbinamenti cibo-vino: Serata eno-gastronomica curata ad ogni livello da "DELIZIE CASEARIE" luogo d'incontro del... Gusto.
Franco Pittera e la moglie Catena insieme ai figli Alfio e Mara Pittera hanno pianificato un incontro degno del Patrimonio.
Alla presenza di un pubblico esperto ma appassionato DELIZIE CASEARIE ha preparato un tagliere davvero interessante, ove i bianchi dell'Etna e i Rossi del Vulcano, hanno avuto maggiore espressione sulle loro caratteristiche. Alla presenza di Wine Taste " L'erogatore di Vino automatico al bicchiere" protagonista anch'esso dell'esperienza. I Vini della Cantina Patria hanno avuto degno racconto affidato a Roberto Raciti Sommelier e Degustatore che ancora una volta ai piedi del Monte Etna ha avuto occasione di raccontare il territorio.
Cantina Patria "La cantina del Vulcani" proprio in quei giorni ha avuto il piacere di essere stata selezionata da: Merano Wine Festival per la tipologia dei vini Etna Rosso Riserva 2005 e Spumante Palici Nerello Mascalese vinificato in Rosè.
Grazie al pubblico che sempre numeroso è presente in questi salotti la serata si è conclusa con un brindisi particolare destinato alla Signora Catena Pittera moglie del titolare che insieme a Roberto Raciti sono stati festeggiati a sorpresa per il loro compleanno.
Alla luce del risultato ottenuto, presto altri momenti di degustazione saranno programmati. Delizie Casearie ringrazia gli intervenuti e chi con impegno ha contribuito all'obbiettivo della serata.
