Sono di Copertino, ma rifarei cento volte la strada perché ne vale veramente la pena. Excellent artisan pastry, ... finally someone who works on quality, respecting the balance between the ingredients, like one time. I'm from Copertino, but I would go back a hundred times because it's really worth it.

Peccato che i celiaci, sempre più numerosi, debbano rimanere sore a bocca asciutta. L'ho fatto presente oggi, mi è stato risposto che non vogliono rischiare. Peccato. Per questo motivo non posso concedere la 5^ stella. Comunque complimenti per la qualità. The pasticciotti and other pastry products are among the best in Salento, but also the ice cream. Too bad that celiacs, more and more numerous, have to remain sore with a dry mouth. I pointed this out today, they told me they don't want to risk it. Sin. Andai la prima volta per ordinare mostrando il progetto della torta che volevo e mi dissero che sarebbe costato per 20 persone intorno alle 70 euro e di ritornare ad ordinare due settimane prima della data in cui volevo la torta. Tornai due settimane prima, dissi loro tutti i dettagli riguardanti la torta (anche più di una volta), inviai la foto del progetto e il ragazzo mi assicurò che loro avrebbero fatto entrambi i piani della torta mangiabili perché era loro solito fare così! Mi disse poi che sarebbe venuto a costare in realtà 140 euro! Rimasi scioccata ma accettai dato che mi erano stati assicurati due piani mangiabili e un bel lavoro. Mi sono ritrovata, il giorno del compleanno di mio figlio, con una torta solo ad un piano mangiabile, quindi porzioni in meno, con colore sbagliato rispetto a quello ordinato, con un ombrellino fatto male (parte della decorazione). Alle mie lamentele e richiesta di qualcosa di rimborso (dato la mancanza di un'intero strato di torta mangiabile) mi è stato detto che dovevo solo essere grata per il lavoro fatto. Hanno rifiutato di rimborsarmi e per chiudere in bellezza hanno anche rifiutato di emettere lo scontrino fiscale. I strongly advise against ordering cakes from this bakery. I went the first time to order by showing the project of the cake I wanted and they told me that it would cost for 20 people around 70 euros and to return to order two weeks before the date I wanted the cake. I found myself, on my son's birthday, with a cake only on an edible level, therefore portions less, with the wrong color than the one ordered, with a badly made umbrella (part of the decoration). To my complaints and requesting something for a refund (given the lack of an entire layer of edible cake) I was told that I just had to be thankful for the job done. They refused to reimburse me and to top it off they also refused to issue the receipt.
