★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely my favorite restaurant in town. Flavours of Sudtirol, excellent wine list and romantic atmosphere (the last room with the wheat ceiling is my favourite). Dishes with deer and lamb are perfect with a nice pinot noir, and then it's all perfection... prices are high but justified by quality and taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a pleasant surprise. A restaurant with a name almost in Swedish but actually related to the alps. Affordable with very good and tasty food. The service was good as well even if the attention related to empty glasses could have been better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing quality food and delicious too, rosé wine is also nice and tasty. The price is not too bad you are paying for good quality food and the atmosphere and service was good. Also, majority can speak English which is good for tourists. Very elegant restaurant and beautifully decorated. We also received a complimentary drink for free which was very nice of them. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the crusted filet and pork knuckle and as antipasti capattio with mushrooms and the house spiritual. Everything was fantastic.
The whine proposed by the water was great and fit the meal.
Portions are large so you might want to skip the starter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful sleek interiors, low lighting and red hearts decorating tables along with other typical alto atesino decor.
The restaurant is deservedly high-end, and the bill won’t make any effort in hiding that :), so make sure you don’t leave any of the courtesy bread on your table as it’s damn good.
In the photos you can here see a zucchini tart, risotto and a sweet omelette with berries. All was washed down with some good red.
The service just impeccable and the environment as cosy as it can be.
This is way way too easy, you get a clear 5 ⭐️, well done ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When after two hours all one has eaten are the starters then the central question of the review becomes: is it worth the wait?
The jury is out on that one but illustrative for the level of service here is that on our neighboring table the waiter came back just to ask what these people had ordered. It has been so long the waiter had forgotten.... And after that gaffe they still managed to mess up even more by putting a Bavarian sized pork leg on their table while they were still having starters.
So the food is good. Especially the starters. It's not spectacular but it's good. The Santa Magdalene wine they serve in a small bottle is really quite enjoyable but maybe that's what you should do. Have a good few starters and leave it at that.
At least you'll be out the door before midnight.
