I “fazzoletti 4 veli – soffici e morbidi”, marcati Auchan e prodotti dalla Delicarta Spa – manco a dirlo – di Lucca, li avevo scoperti a Porta di Roma. Mantenevano le promesse e, a dispetto della meno indossabile confezione rosa shocking, competevano italianamente e quasi alla pari con il blù dei teuto-finnici “Tempo”, più collaudati e sobrii e comunque storici capostipiti del genere.
Ora che i Franzosi hanno rivalicato le Alpi, dove li troverò più gli italici moccichini cartacei? Intanto una loro confezione residua la conservo sgargiante e ben riposta, a futura memoria. Un giorno, sul banco d’un mercatino del modernariato si prenderanno una loro rivincita.
Shocking pink? It is no longer in fashion -
I discovered the “4-ply handkerchiefs - soft and soft”, branded Auchan and produced by Delicarta Spa - needless to say - of Lucca. I had discovered them at Porta di Roma. They kept their promises and, in spite of the less wearable shocking pink packaging, competed in Italian style and almost on a par with the blue of the Teuto-Finns "Tempo", more tested and sober and in any case historical progenitors of the genre.
Now that the Franzosi have climbed the Alps, where will I find the Italian paper moccinis more? In the meantime, I keep one of their residual packaging bright and well placed, for future reference. One day, on the counter of a modern antiques market, they will take their revenge.
