Servizio telefonico inutile dove viene rimandato a richiamare ogni 10 minuti perche sono piene di lavoro e non riescono a seguire la tua pratica.
Tutto si risolverebbe con sistemi più aggiornati in un website dove con un numero di pratica si accede per capire se è effettuata o meno, siamo nei XXII secolo e l'Italia e sempre più indietro.
Friendly staff with outdated systems that can't even give you confirmation (not even via email) if your practice was successful or not. Useless telephone service where he is sent back to call back every 10 minutes because they are full of work and cannot follow your file.
Everything would be solved with more up-to-date systems in a website where you can access with a file number to understand if it is carried out or not, we are in the 22nd century and Italy is increasingly behind.
