Ad un ufficio ACI se un utente chiede spiegazioni per pagamento di un bollo di un auto di oltre 20 anni ... NON SI PUÒ rispondere di guardare su internet ed attaccare il Telefono !!! E non rispondere più successivamente. Non dico Cafone perché è un complimento.

To an ACI office if a user asks for explanations for payment of a car tax of over 20 years ... YOU CAN NOT reply to look on the internet and attack the phone !!! And do not respond later. I do not say Cafone because it's a compliment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totale mancanza di organizzazione. Un locale piccolo, piena di gente e con altra gente per la strada, meno male che non pioveva. Chi faceva il bollo, chi il rinnovo patente, tutti insieme. Quando sono riuscita a venire via (1825 - medico in ritardo di 20 minuti) ho lasciato un locale pieno di gente esasperata e la responsabile molto nervosa. Sarebbe tanto facile creare un sistema di appuntamenti per telefono. La prossima volta vado in via Michon.
Total lack of organization. A small place, full of people and other people on the street, thank goodness that it wasn't raining. Who made the stamp, who the license renewal, all together. When I managed to get away (1825 - doctor 20 minutes late) I left a place full of exasperated people and the manager very nervous. It would be so easy to create a dating system over the phone. ho preso appuntamento per Mercoledi 16/3 / 22 ore 16:15
arrivato 15 minuti prima, mi e' stato detto che va bene, e intanto di pagare
(Euro 58,00 ) , e attendere fuori l'arrivo del Dottore per la visita.
alle 16,55 il Dottore non era ancora arrivato,mentre fuori della porta si
accalcava sempre piu' persone.
La pazienza ha un limite , quindi mi sono fatto restituire i soldi e foto, annullando l'appuntamento. (un pomeriggio perso per niente)
Complimenti ,ironici alla Sig. a Bianchi,che non e' capace di gestire
e rappresentare ACI di Livorno in Via Roma, nemmeno in cortesia.

(Euro 58.00), and wait outside for the Doctor to arrive for the visit.
at 4.55 pm the Doctor had not yet arrived, while outside the door he did
crowded more and more people.
Patience has a limit, so I got my money and photos back, canceling the appointment. (an afternoon lost for nothing)
Congratulations, ironic to Mrs. Bianchi, who is not able to manage
and represent ACI of Livorno in Via Roma, not even in courtesy.
