Alle mie rimostranze sul perchè, visto che rifiutava questa procedura, non si alzasse e mettesse i numeretti nel numeratore all'ingresso rispondeva in modo poco educato. Volevo metterla in riga...ma ho visto che ,nonostante il suo stizzoso atteggiamento, le persone sapevano gestire le file! La giovane impiegata era molto gentile ..a differenza dell'impiegata anziana. nervosa e scontrosa!! Se non avete voglia di lavorare il 30 state in ferie! Per fortuna le persone presenti eranot educate e civili ed hanno rispettato i turni!! Ma per stare a contatto con le.persone occorre avere capacità. Arrivo al centro per effettuare un passaggio di proprietà, la signora era già in uno stato evidente di nervosismo e ci chiede i documenti ma ero sprovvista di un certificato. Ho posto delle domande in maniera cortese per capire come poter risolvere la situazione ma la signora non ci faceva parlare e non ci dava spiegazioni. Alche lavorando con il pubblico da anni mi sono molto infastidita ad essere trattata in maniera così sgarbata senza nessun motivo pertanto gliel ho fatto presente e invece di capire che stava perdendo una cliente e offrendo un pessimo servizio si è permessa di lanciarmi i documenti addosso e mi ha urlato di andare ad un altro Aci. Cosa che ho fatto per fortuna sono andata alla delegazione di Casilina dove una ragazza cortesisissima mi ha risolto il problema fornendo spiegazioni e dando la soluzione. Visto le tante recensioni negative nei suoi confronti spero che qualcuno prenda provvedimenti. Per quanto mi riguarda non ci andrò mai più e lo sconsiglieró a tutti. Indecent experience! A	Alex Franco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visto che mi chiedete cosa è successo vi rispondo, il 04/02/2021 alle ore 12.00 ero ad aspettare fuori all'esercizio commerciale che un signore terminasse la consulenza, dopo 5 minuti che aspetto fuori mi accorgo che gli sportelli sono due e quindi uno era libero, una volta entrato 12.05 mi viene detto che i bolli si possono pagare fino alle 12 e quindi non avevano modo di fare nulla. Quello che mi ha dato fastidio non è il non poter pagare il bollo per 5 minuti ma che nessuna delle due dipendenti mi abbia detto di entrare mentre aspettavo di fuori come un fesso da 5 minuti. In ogni caso anzichè 1 stella ne metto 3 perchè se rispondete alle recensioni evidentemete c'è voglia di migliorare e questo lo apprezzo.
