★ ★ ★ ★ ★ poca professionalità, ho chiamato per un codice protocollo malattia essendo venerdì ho chiesto cortesemente alla segretaria di scrivere bene la mail , ho chiamato per ben due volte non avendo ricevuto nessun codice da inoltrare al mio datore di lavoro, mi e' stato detto che avrebbe informato la dottoressa e invece non ho ricevuto nessun codice protocollo. Poca professionalità, questo episodio e' capitato per ben due volte.
In risposta : sarebbe stato più cortese chiedere nome e cognome!!
lack of professionalism, I called for a sickness protocol code being Friday I kindly asked the secretary to write the e-mail correctly, I called twice as I did not receive any code to forward to my employer, I was told that he would inform the doctor and instead I have not received any protocol code. Lack of professionalism, this episode happened twice.
In response: it would have been more polite to ask for your name and surname !!
