A	Alfonso Panaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contattato l'azienda per una richiesta di impianto di un condominio il giorno 9 febbraio lasciando i miei recapiti e il mio nominativo alla persona che mi ha risposto, ricevendo assicurazioni di essere richiamato in breve tempo ; ho ritelefonato il giorno 14 febbraio, sollecitando questo contatto che non è ancora avvenuto a tutt'oggi .Devo concludere che in un mercato così rarefatto e competitivo dove la tempestività e la customer relationship management , decidono le differenza tra una azienda e l'altra , l'esperienza di contatto non è stata brillante... A	Anna Palombelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi trovo a Roma e la manutenzione dell'ascensore è affidata a questa ditta. Ho chiamato un mese fa perché l'ascensore non si fermava al 1° al 3° e al 5° piano. Ho sollecitato altre 3 volte e non si è visto nessuno ora si è fermato del tutto. Ho richiamato e mi hanno detto che avviseranno il tecnico (di nuovo). Inaffidabili, incompetenti e indifferenti alle difficoltà altrui eppure paghiamo tutti i mesi una rata per la manutenzione!!! BUFFONI!!!! I am in Rome and the lift maintenance is entrusted to this company. I called a month ago because the elevator didn't stop at the 1st to 3rd and 5th floors. I have solicited 3 more times and we have not seen anyone now has stopped completely. I called back and they told me they will alert the technician (again). L’installazione è stata rapidissima, e l’ascensore è di ottima qualità, veloce e silenziosa, oltre che esteticamente molto gradevole. Consigliatissimi Helpful and professional firm. A	Antonio Facchini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente inaffidabili,mesi e mesi senza ascensore con una punta massima di 6 mesi. Ultima due settimane sotto le feste di perdono le chiavi della cabina ascensore ossia non trovano chi la aveva chiusa e il problema viene risolto dai condomini cambiando le chiavi . Il loro numero di emergenza non è altro che un numero a cui segnalare il guasto...ma serve solo per questo scopo quindi impossibile contattare la ditta la ditta è fantasma compresa la sede di Napoli che se rispondono sono di una scortesia unica e sei fortunato se non ti attaccano il telefono in faccia. Quindi ad ogni minimo guasto è una tragedia e in un palazzo di 6 piani con tanti disabili che sono prigionieri per settimane intere nei loro appartamenti aspettando i comodi di questa ditta. Non si capisce perché Ater ancora non revochi appalto dopo questi fatti. I condomini sono esasperati sono anni e anni che puntualmente devono subire queste angherie e ho paura che oramai siano arrivati al punto di una reazione violenta per proteggere i loro cari anziani chiusi in casa per settimane se..non mesi. So at every slightest failure it is a tragedy and in a 6-storey building with many disabled people who are prisoners for weeks in their apartments waiting for the comforts of this company.
