★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cara Signora del negozio outlet, sabato 19 dicembre alle 12,50 mi hai detto che non potevo misurare la maglia perché era tardi (c'era ancora gente che misurava le scarpe).
La maglia eh, non l'abito.
145 euro eh, non 20.
Con le mie inermi capacità cognitive nel frattempo elaboravo le seguenti opzioni:
a) non hai voglia di vendere
b) 145 euro sono poche (gli altri clienti lì dentro ancora a quell'ora stavano spendendo di più?)
c) non hai bisogno di lavorare
c) sono vestita da poveraccia e faccio una brutta impressione
d) ti sono istintivamente antipatica.
Capisco però che non mi vuoi, non dico nulla, saluto e me ne vado con un'amarezza che mai avevo provato.
Sono anni che vengo lì a comprare. Mio marito è vostro cliente da anni.
Non avete mai brillato per simpatia, anzi. E si sa in giro.
Ma noi francavillesi siamo gente buona, vi abbiamo sempre dato modo di lavorare e sviluppare nuovi negozi in centro: immeritatamente, direi: di questo non siete grati?
Non vi è dovuto tutto questo, capito? Non siete gli unici!
Mentre faccio queste riflessioni davanti alla porta d'ingresso penso che forse sono io la cattiva ....purtroppo però alle mie spalle sento il rumore della chiave che gira nella toppa: la GENTILISSIMA ha chiuso a chiave il negozio CON I CLIENTI ANCORA DENTRO.
Mai più verrò lì e se mi chiederanno dove comprare abbigliamento a Francavilla dirò che il primo negozio da evitare è il vostro.

b) 145 euros are few (were the other customers in there still spending more at that time?)
c) you don't need to work
c) I'm dressed like a poor girl and I make a bad impression
d) you instinctively dislike me.
But I understand that you do not want me, I do not say anything, I say goodbye and I leave with a bitterness I had never felt.
I've been coming there for years to buy. My husband has been your client for years.
You have never shone for sympathy, indeed. And you know around.
But we Francavillians are good people, we have always given you the opportunity to work and develop new shops in the center: undeservedly, I would say: are you not grateful for this?
You are not due all this, understand? You are not the only ones!
While I make these reflections in front of the front door I think that maybe I am the bad one .... unfortunately, behind me, I hear the sound of the key turning in the lock: the VERY GENTLE has locked the shop WITH CUSTOMERS STILL INSIDE.
I will never come there again and if they ask me where to buy clothing in Francavilla I will say that the first shop to avoid is yours.
