Alla prima visita conoscitiva per valutare un intervento in convenzione col mio piano sanitario, il dottore si presenta all'appuntamento dopo di me. Nel senso che mi lascia 25 minuti fuori al portone del palazzo dal momento che lo studio era ancora vuoto. Si giustificherà poi dicendo che "si era dimenticato che era alle 10"... Ad ogni modo, non so se perché sabato mattina (lo spero), ma lo studio (che in realtà è una casa con tanto di divani e mobilame) non brillava certo per ordine e pulizia: strumenti lasciati sulla scrivania, sporco incrostato sulla base della poltrona, polvere un po' ovunque e vecchi macchinari accatastati a terra. Dopo la visita (il dottore mi è sembrato comunque preparato nel suo mestiere) lascio lì le mie radiografie e mi congedo in attesa di una telefonata con ulteriori info su intervento e costi. Telefonata che però non arriverà mai, neppure dopo 2 settimane e un sollecito. Alla fine mi decido di lasciare perdere, e telefono avvisando che avrei mandato un parente a ritirare le radiografie. Concludo dicendo che al primo tentativo, il parente in questione si vede restituire solo una delle 2 radiografie. E al secondo tentativo, quando è tornato il giorno seguente a prendere l'altra, è rimasto anche lui fuori la porta dello studio ben 5 minuti prima che qualcuno andasse ad aprirlo... After the visit (the doctor seemed to be prepared in his job anyway) I leave my X-rays there and I leave, waiting for a phone call with more info on intervention and costs. A phone call that will never arrive, even after 2 weeks and a reminder. In the end, I decide to let it go, and I phone, warning that I would send a relative to pick up the x-rays. I conclude by saying that on the first attempt, the relative in question is seen to return only one of the 2 radiographs. And on the second attempt, when he came back the next day to take the other one, he also remained outside the study door 5 minutes before someone went to open it ...

Il suo lavoro accurato e il suo approccio con i pazienti garbato e disponibile, ha esaurito in modo chiaro ogni dubbio o perplessità. Lo studio arredato in modo molto semplice sicuramente non è il punto forte che resta la serietà e la professionalità del Medico. Il risultato impeccabile . I found Dr. Del Prete a serious, scrupulous and very affable professional. His accurate work and his polite and helpful approach to patients has clearly exhausted any doubt or perplexity. È stata una scoperta positiva in quanto mi ha risolto un problema che altri 2 dentisti non erano riusciti a risolvere. Tempi di attesa brevi, cortesia, professionalità, onestà. La persona merita, il professionista merita. Dr. Massimo was recommended to me by some relatives. Avevo il sospetto che il mio vecchio dentista non fosse dei migliori perchè mi sono portato un fastidio per anni. Anche se per deontologia professionale il Dott. Massimo proprio non voleva dire nulla di negativo sul collega, i nodi sono venuti al pettine e fortunatamente per me sono stati tutti risolti. Decisamente da consigliare! Ps. Per la prima volta non ho sentito dolore I got along very well at the Del Prete office and with dr. Maximum. He seemed to me very prepared and scrupulous.
