Opera di ristrutturazione fabbricato con demolizione quindi ricostruzione ex novo con stessa sagoma e stesse misure che a lavori in corso si rivelano sbagliate.
Tutto ebbe inizio con questa telefonata "la casa è troppo alta che facciamo?"...
da lì ovviamente una sequenza di disastri per citarne alcuni il muro in comune con il confinante venne progettato a lavori avviati, con avvocato, la casa rimase al di sotto del piano stradale con il piano terra da rialzare, la scala da rifare,la canna fumaria che attraversa due bagni e tanto altro ancora. Direzione dei lavori non pervenuta tanto che ho dovuto personalmente revocare il contratto alla ditta edile per gravi mancanze. Devo solo ringraziare il muratore, l'idraulico e l'elettricista che hanno preso in mano la situazione e portato a termine il lavoro, e il mio conto in banca.

Construction management not received so much that I had to personally revoke the contract from the construction company for serious shortcomings. I just have to thank the bricklayer, the plumber and the electrician who took over and got the job done, and my bank account.
