Persona, tra l'altro, molto simpatica e disponibile.Devo dire che anche i collaboratori sono stati molto esaurienti durante la fase preliminare, malgrado le lacune della mia documentazione. Confesso che avevo fatto un giro tra altri studi per avere dei preventivi, ed il suo studio mi ha fatto un prezzo decisamente competitivo , tenendo presente che le tasse che si pagano sono comunque uguali per tutti gli studi e varia solo l'onorario. Franco, che è stato gentilissimo con noi e molto esauriente, ci ha elencato tutta la documentazione necessaria e ci ha fissato un nuovo appuntamento. Abbiamo portato i documenti ed abbiamo parlato con L'Avv De Biase, acnhe lui molto gentile, ma soprattutto competente. Dopo aver esaminato la documentazione, ci ha presentati al notaio, una persona davvero squisita, gentilissima e preparatissima. Ci ha spiegato tutto cio di cui avevamo bisogno ed a cui andavamo incontro, specialmente per il mutuo. Ci ha fatto subito un preventivo, cosa che presso altri studi abbiamo avuto un po di difficoltà ad ottenere, a dire il vero. Preventivo rispettato alla lettera, dopo la stipula, avvenuta nei tempi richiesti dalla banca, anzi ci ha fatto pure un piccolo sconto, visto che ha detto avremmo avuto un sacco di spese per il matrimonio.. Dopo pochi giorni, il Rag. Ferraro, un altro collaboratore, ci ha convocati per ritirare la documentazione completa e la fattura.... è stato davvero simpaticissimo. Per finire, devo dire che il mio papà già mi aveva parlato anche del padre di questo notaio descrivendolo come un gran signore. Che posso dire... consigliabilissimo.
