H	Heidi Sinclair on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time that we have been to Del Garda Camping Village, becuase we loved it so much the first time. There were some definite improvements this time. Firstly, the on-site restaurant was excellent with its service, food, variety and very friendly staff. We had our most enjoyable meals here. The entertainment was also improved and more frequent throughout the day. The campsite was very clean and tidy and our holiday reps were excellent. There were some downsides, but only a few. Our caravans electricity supple was very poor, cutting frequently throughout the day, even when trying a light switch or grill on the oven when the air conditioning was on. However, our holiday reps were helping with support with this, though it did not resolve the issue. Secondly, while the pools are excellent, I feel that improvements could be made with the opening times that could allow for an adults only hour (say 8-9am) and also having late night swim times more frequently. There was one day when there was a late night pirates party... this was brilliant!! The kids thoroughly enjoyed this and this was a much more pleasant time of the day to enjoy the pool facilities given how hot it had been. If this could be done more often during the week this would add to what was a very pleasant experience for any family.

The accommodation is very tight on space and you have to bring/buy items such a hand soap and toilet roll but you spend most of your time outdoor, excellent pool area and safe environment for families .

All site staff are exceptionally helpful and pleasant to deal with, with lots of activities laid on for all willing to join in. The food and service at the Plaza Restaurant also worth commending. All facilities on site are clean and comfortable to use. Hopefully we will be able to return next year. We will try out a larger mobile home if possible, as we found the Dalia a little bit small. Thank you Camping Del Garda.
K	Kate Bye on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service from Reception on arrival and with any queries we had. Their language skills were brilliant and they were very helpful. Being able to book tickets (and cheaper too) for attractions as well as a bus available, was really useful. Perhaps a train and ferry timetable would be additional useful information. The site itself was clean and tidy, although perhaps a little tired around the edges. There are plenty of things to do on the site but we didn't have time due to all the things to do off it! Most of which were in easy travel of the site. I was pleased to have been towards the outskirt of the site as I wouldn't have liked being in the middle of the main path from accommodation to the pool/shop. It was quieter where we were based which I liked. The shop was quite expensive but did have a lot of stock.

Very kind staff, totally lovely kids animation (our kids love Michelle). Very good food at the restaurant. Everything was very clean. Nice mobile home, quiet in the night. Really good service that you are allowed to stay as long as you want on your last day after check out! Keep on like this, we will come back!
A	Allison Kolar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff, really nice. Mobile homes clean, pool, tennis courts, groceries, restaurant great. Not far to the beach... But would prefer to be closer. Not bad if you bring bikes. Can have loud neighbors. Small enough to not be overwhelming.... No electric scooter rentals etc. Is a big plus. Will come again.... Our children, 13 and 11 like it much better than bigger more commercial campsites we have gone too.

The swimming pool is not always available it depends on the month of the year so ask first. They rent bikes for hours and for the whole day. People cannot stand noises at night, it's a familiar camping. The kitchen has all the tools you need and everything works well.
