★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordine andato a gonfie vele, venditore gentile, cordiale e disponibile. Purtroppo mancavano due gusti e subito il venditore si è messo al lavoro per recuperarli riuscendo a far arrivare l’ordine per tempo.
 Order went well, kind, friendly and helpful seller. Unfortunately, two flavors were missing and the seller immediately went to work to recover them, managing to get the order in on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho scelto questo negozio perchè mi dava la possibilità di scegliere la data di consegna. Consegna richiesta 28 agosto. Merce consegnata il 28 luglio. Bella roba. Ora dove mi tengo in sicurezza 10 kg di confetti, senza rischio che le temperature di questo mese li rovinino? Ho scritto mail per sapere cosa fare, sono stata ignorata. Chiedetemi se sono felice.
I chose this shop because it gave me the possibility to choose the delivery date. Delivery requested 28 August. Goods delivered on July 28th. Nice stuff. Now where do I keep 10 kg of sugared almonds safely, without the risk of this month's temperatures ruining them? I wrote emails to find out what to do, I was ignored. Ask me if I'm happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempi di consegna rispettati alla grande. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Se manca un qualche articolo, vieni subito contattato e riescono a trovare sempre una soluzione. È giá il mio 3° acquisto ed hanno avuto dei problemi solo nel periodo di Agosto/Settembre. Persone affidabili e molto serie.
P.s. un grazie al gentilissimo Angelo per aver reso l'acquisto veramente semplice e piacevole. ECCELLENTE!
Delivery times respected great. Staff very kind and helpful. If any article is missing, you are contacted immediately and they always manage to find a solution. It is already my 3rd purchase and they only had problems in the period of August / September. Reliable and very serious people.
P.s. thanks to the very kind Angelo for making the purchase really simple and pleasant. EXCELLENT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confetti ordinati in agosto 2018 arrivati in ritardo rispetto alla data di consegna indicata, non programmata. NEGOZIO IRREPERIBILE per circa due settimane ( sia via mail a cui NESSUNO ha mai risposto, che via telefono: voce automatica a tutte le ore e tutti i giorni della settimana)a causa di una chiusura per cambio sede NON MENZIONATA sul sito. Basti pensare che dopo 15 giorni di innumerevoli tentativi, ho telefonato alle attività commerciali situate nei paraggi del negozio ( visti da Google maps) x verificarne L esistenza! Soltanto a seguito di mail con richiesta di annullamento dell ordine con immediato rimborso ho ricevuto una telefonata da una dipendente che si è scusata e adoperata per rimediare. SCONSIGLIO CONFETTI COLORATI: i Colori sono sbiaditi!
Confetti ordered in August 2018 arrived late with respect to the delivery date indicated, unscheduled. UNRESTABLE STORE for about two weeks (either by email to which NO ONE has ever answered, or by phone: automatic voice at all hours and every day of the week) due to a closure due to a change of location NOT MENTIONED on the site. Suffice it to say that after 15 days of countless attempts, I phoned the businesses located near the store (seen from Google maps) to verify their existence! Only as a result of emails requesting cancellation of the order with immediate refund did I receive a phone call from an employee who apologized and tried to remedy it. NOT RECOMMENDED COLORED CONFETTI: Colors are faded!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio eccellente. Prodotti di ottima qualità ad un prezzo ottimo. Avevo ordinato i prodotti a luglio con consegna programmata per il 25 agosto, tempi di consegna rispettati alla grande.! Mi è stato comunicato tramite email che hanno i sistemi in manutenzione per il cambio di sito in dekor-store.it e sono in attesa do una nuova linea telefonica, per questo motivo quando provavo a chiamare dava linea occupata.
Scrivo questo per tutte quelle che come me , hanno pensato subito a male scrivendo recensioni pessime.
Io mi sono trovata molto bene !
Excellent service. High quality products at a great price. I had ordered the products in July with delivery scheduled for August 25, delivery times respected great.! I was notified via email that they have the systems under maintenance for the change of site in dekor-store.it and are waiting for a new telephone line, for this reason when I tried to call it was busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A malincuore sono obbligato a dare una recenzione a 2 stelle perchè è il secondo ordine che faccio e dopo aver pagato puntualmente mi arriva la comunicazione che i prodotti non sono in magazzino e dovró attendere un mese e mezzo circa. Servizio Clienti comunque gentile ed efficente devo dire.
Ci tengo però a sottolineare che il primo ordine fu perfetto i prodotti arrivarono subito e la qualità era ottima, basterebbe indicare quali sono i prodotti disponibili e quali no invece di far procedere il cliente con l'ordine ed il pagamento di articoli che poi non ci sono.
Reluctantly I am obliged to give a 2-star review because it is the second order I make and after paying on time I receive the communication that the products are not in stock and I will have to wait a month and a half. Customer Service however polite and efficient I must say.
However, I would like to emphasize that the first order was perfect, the products arrived immediately and the quality was excellent, it would be enough to indicate which products are available and which not, instead of making the customer proceed with the order and the payment of items which then fail I'm.
