Provvigione alta, voglia di lavorare poca, errori in fase di scrittura del compromesso, corretti a penna.. Poca disponibilità nel reperire i documenti utili al notaio per l'atto, errori grossolani, mancate verifiche al catasto.
Pessimi.

La provvigione è nella norma (costosa), ma la professionalità e la sicurezza si paga. Ed onestamente, sulla casa credo sia importante non dare soldi a truffatori.
Simonetta, poi, è una santa donna.
Absolutely recommended. They helped me find a home in no time, solving all the problems and preparing all the papers quickly and professionally. The commission is in the norm (expensive), but the professionalism and safety have to be paid for. And honestly, on the house I think it's important not to give money to scammers.
