Poi volevo dire quella che lavora bar e avvolte lo trovata alla cassa... I proprietari si rendesserono conto... Che mentre ero alla cassa gli chiesi una cosa... Non mi guardo neppure in faccia rispose guardando altrove... Na scostumatezza infinita
A little while ago I went to the supermarket I bought the fresh ricotta Santa Lucia it was frozen open ... It was used but it was without knowing in the pasta I hope it won't hurt me ... Then I meant the one that works in the bar and sometimes I found it checkout ... The owners realized ... That while I was at the checkout I asked him something ... I don't even look at his face he answered looking elsewhere ... Na infinite disgrace

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are on vacation from Canada staying with my mother in Calabritto, travel to Calabritto every year, and occasionally we shop at this supermarket, while doing are grocery , my wife tried to grab a carton of orange juice and the carton beside fell and burst, the employee came to clean the floor and told her that she had to pay for it, when she went to the cashier to pay for the groceries my wife asked if she really had to pay for the broken carton of the orange juice, the cashier replied yes.at this point she asked to speak to a manager or someone in charge, No managers was in. This was an accident my wife felt she didn’t had to pay and was miss treated as a customer, she told the cashier I will only pay for the broken carton and left the grocery cart with about €120 behind, the cashier replied this is our policy, for my opinion if this is what they call customer service I don’t think their priority is customer service and don’t get me wrong it’s not for the €1.
