Il personale, a parte qualcuno (come la signora al banco salumi,sempre gentile e sorridente) é poco disponibile e piuttosto sgarbato,in primis quello che probabilmente è il titolare o il responsabile del supermercato. Ecco diciamo che lui, con il suo " modus operandi", sa come allontanare i clienti. Nei giorni di pioggia si crea un accumulo disordinato e pericoloso di ombrelli a causa della mancanza di porta ombrelli. Il reparto frutta e verdura è scarso, poco curato e sporco. Gli spazi sono limitati e lo sono sempre stati, ma negli anni passati c'era una migliore organizzazione dei reparti. Il personale, in particolare, quello maschile è poco professionale, sgarbato e per niente attento alle richieste dei clienti. Al banco carne e salumi molto spesso è assente il personale addetto perché impegnato a fumare o a chiacchierare con i colleghi. Un'altra nota negativa è dovuto al fatto che il personale non sceglie di rifornire gli scaffali in orari in cui la clientela è minore e con gli scatoloni ostruisce i corridoi in qualsiasi orario soprattutto quelli di maggiore affluenza. Una brutta abitudine che ho riscontrato solo in questo supermercato. Inoltre mancano tanti prodotti, c'è sempre qualcosa che manca e mai l'interesse del personale a colmare tali mancanze. Due stelle? Per la centralità del supermercato e per le offerte della catena, se c'è un'urgenza lo consiglio per il resto se si cerca un Decò per le offerte c'è ne è uno dietro la Chiesa di San Ciro o un altro al San Tommaso. L'interno è un po' piccolo quindi non è il massimo per praticità e se c'è la merce non in ordine lo è ancor di meno. I prezzi sono ottimi e le offerte molte volte sono molto concorrenziali con altri supermercati. Il personale è gentile e qualificato soprattutto quello del reparto salumi e formaggi.
