Una vera macchina di soldi, conoscevano il mio cane da quando aveva 3 mesi, dopo 10 anni è stato male e hanno incominciato a fare esami su esami, a cambiare cibo, ecografie e tutto e di più per pagare fior fior di soldi ma nessun miglioramento, una domenica é stato male ancora, fece con sangue e vomito e dato che non c'era nessuno in studio lo abbiamo portato in un altra clinica dove è stato ricoverato per 3 gg, quando le ho richiamate mi hanno detto che non volevano sapere niente e di continuare a portare il mio cane dove l avevo portato quella domenica! Ora il mio cane è morto, quindi oltre il danno la beffa! Non le consiglio assolutamente, pensano solo a soldi, per la serie evviva l'etica professionale e deontologia. Vergogna! A real money machine, they knew my dog since he was 3 months old, after 10 years he was sick and they started to take exams on exams, to change food, ultrasounds and everything and more to pay good money but no improvement , one Sunday he was still sick, he did with blood and vomiting and since there was nobody in the studio we took him to another clinic where he was hospitalized for 3 days, when I called them back they told me they didn't want to know anything and to continue taking my dog where I had taken him that Sunday! Now my dog is dead, so insult to injury! I do not recommend them at all, they only think about money, for the series cheers professional ethics and ethics. Shame!

Mi sono accorto che Ugo, il mio gatto, presentava una ferita sull'addome. Qualche mese prima l'avevo portato presso un altro veterinario e mi avevano detto che si trattava di un morso di un cane. Purtroppo si erano sbagliati. Era in realtà una fistole di una cisti. Per fortuna la Dottoressa Decarli ha visto lungo e si è accorta del problema risolvendolo alla grande asportando tutto. Ora il mio gatto sta benissimo e non posso che ringraziare infinitamente per essersi accorta del reale problema. I was sure I had already written the review but I was wrong.
